We don't need to formulate own theories that Allah can not be in any space so He is Above Arsh. Nauzubillah. We don't have to use our ignorant minds to judge how Allah should be. I know this is a late reply, but this is talking about the kayfiyyah of the istawa, which is unknown to us and the knowledge of that is with Allah. We (Ahlus Sunnah) do tafwid kayfiyyah, istawa is found; as suiting to Allah's Majesty.
