  • Leg hypertrophy, or the growth of muscle tissue in the legs, is a common goal for many weightlifters and athletes. To achieve this, it's important to focus on exercises that target the major muscle groups in the legs, such as the quadriceps, hamstrings, and calves.
    For a complete, well rounded physique a set of developed legs is highly important.
    In this video we will be going through my quad focussed leg day which has helped me build the size of my quads over the past few months.
