@@fiftonfitnessuk No offense, you have a great physique. Simply for someone coming from an athletic background like myself it doesn't seem as impressive because of the lack of muscle functionality. Surely you're mad strong, but a simple core cardio kills you.

Restarting my fitness journey at 35 after multiple failed attempts, but also lots of lessons learned. I'm now in the right mental state (which was my biggest barrier) and am building a foundation I've actually been able to stick to. I'm excited and it's videos like this that have helped me reach this point, so thank you for this. 🙏 🔥

I expected you to say legs. Weighted leg exercises supposedly increase anabolic hormone release, thus your testosterone. Idk for how long though.
You’re definitely right about training legs helping to increase testosterone levels. I was just going from the angle of looks wise. I should have stated that in the video. Appreciate the comment 🙏🏽

lifting shoes that are elevated or squatting in flats/no shoes at all can help as well, foot positioning is a good start, but the main culprit is not having enough ankle mobility

More stability so I can lift heavier. I usually use an ab crunch machine if it’s decent
@@fiftonfitnessuk interesting. I mean most gyms have multiple cables I just use a different cable Incase someone needs to use that pull down
@@Nargalliv47 yep they do but only the Lat pull-down has the cushion pads where you slot your legs under which helps with stability. The machine was free and me doing that exercise doesn’t stop anyone choosing to work in with me. I find the exercise better the other options at the gym I’m training at.
