    ❤️ "Golden Stir-fried Water Bamboo Shoots Recipe" Ingredients (Serves 6) - Cooking with Fen & Lady First
    💛 Main Ingredients:
    Water Bamboo Shoots 4 pieces
    Century Egg 1 piece (pre-steamed)
    Salted Egg 1 piece
    Garlic 2 cloves
    Cilantro A small handful (optional)
    💛 Seasonings:
    Salt 1g
    Olive Oil 2.5 tablespoons
    MSG 0.5 teaspoon (optional)
    💛 Main Tools:
    Chinese wok
    ❤️Directions:
    1. 01:25 Prep Ingredients:
    - Water bamboo shoot preservation method: Trim off the green parts, place in a sealed bag with moisture, and refrigerate. (Refer to the video)
    - Remove the green parts of the water bamboo shoots, use a peeler to trim off the fibrous bottom parts. Cut into strips.
    - Slice the garlic, cut the salted egg in half, and peel the pre-steamed century egg.
    2. 03:26 Sauté the Eggs:
    - Sauté the minced garlic with water, then add oil.
    - Add the salted egg (both white and yolk) into the wok and sauté over medium-low heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes.
    - Add the century egg cut into appropriate sizes and sauté for another 1.5 minutes.
    3. 05:49 Stir-fry the Water Bamboo Shoots:
    - Add 100~150cc of water, then add the water bamboo shoots and stir-fry over high heat.
    - Reduce to medium-low heat, cover with a lid for about half a minute to heat the water bamboo shoots.
    - Stir-fry to season and cook until dry, finally add chopped cilantro (optional). The third step takes about 3.5 minutes. (Cooking times may vary based on stove power, this is a reference)
