Another enjoyable comparison! I have been breaking in my Sebenza for a couple of months now and its getting really smooth. I have an Inkosi on its way too, so I will find out first hand soon!

Awesome! Let me know how you like the Inkosi! I’m partial to my Sebenza 😬

CRK is the one brand I have never owned. Probably because of the price initially but not really sure why now. I have handled a few and they are excellent quality. Appreciate the comparisons between the couple of models. 🇺🇸👊hope you have a great Labor Day man

Crk is number one then spyderco for the most used and favorite knives I own. For crk it's the Sebenza that I enjoy using the most because it's thinner blade stock and more plane handle shape. Also like that I can get it with a single thumb studs that is much easier to remove to put in my own ( better) thumb studs. Thanks for showing people the difference between them. More people are interested in crk than ever before based on the waiting list from there site. Think it's because of magnacut but either way it's a good thing. For a simple but excellent cutting tool they are the best knife.

Yup! Huge huge CRK fan here… if you couldn’t tell haha

Great work comparing these! As for the double finger groove, I normally hate them because of how they feel in pull cuts - but CRK did the Inkosi right (as did Hinderer on the Eklipse). Super interesting to see your perspectives - I'm an Inkosi guy for almost all the differences that make you a Sebenza guy 😎. Thanks for the vid!

Mitch- thanks so much for the comment! As I always say, different strokes for different folks 💁🏼‍♂️ I checked out your channel and sub’d- great stuff dude 🫡

I felt that the stock clip on the inkosi can be a hot spot unless you have the micarta inserts to reduce the gap between the clip and frame. The ergos are way different with those inserts. I see you replaced the clips here.
And yes the blue thumb studs wear off fast. I found myself replacing them with silver ones for $30 at CRK because the worn purple look was not appealing.

I definitely agree- if it were more common, I would opt for the silver look over the Ti ano all day. It is well known that ano doesn’t hold up on Ti well

Inkosi is thicker behind the edge than I prefer. Zaan and Sebenza are my choices just because of edge thickness.

Hey! Just stumbled upon the video. So between the Sebenza and Inkosi, which one would you pick if you had to keep one?

I wish I could have the Inkosi's big beefy pivot and washers with the Sebenzas shape. Get rid of the finger groves on the Inkosi and she's golden. I get that the Inkosi is more for a "Hard use" philosophy I guess, that doesn't mean it needs finger groves. Opening and closing the Inkosi is like nothing else with those massive washers. Truly the glass feeling. Having my Umnumzaan for two weeks now, I'm starting to have more of a idea on how I feel about it. I really really like it, but I think I still like my Inkosi more. Not sure yet though. Hell the Sebenza can do everything the Zaan and Inkosi can do. Unless if your prying with the damn things, which I thought wasn't supposed to happen with folders. Even then, the blade will break before anything on these knives. Really that goes for any knife with aluminum, CF, g10, micarta, or grivory scales. I've never seen liners or scales give out before the locking mechanism or blade.

Regarding the prying with a sebenza thing...:
