    This MvC2 Barney just came out and, sorry to say, but this isn't good. All crouching normals are the exact same animation basically, its stupidly hard to pull off a basic chain combo even (you can ONLY do it in the corner, his normals have inconsistent range and send the opponent too far), all hypers are basically the exact same thing, CLSN jank (Why do basically identical animations have different CLSNs?), and absurd projectiles that you can easily spam to chunk half the opponent's health, with good timing even a straight-up OHKO.
    The AI knows to take advantage of these balloons and stars. In fact these projectiles are more worth it to use in a fight compared to the hypers which deal far less damage on average and can't even fully connect all their hits. The Balloon Ride special can also infinite the opponent but it does pitiful damage for a rather sluggish attack. This took only 3 days to make according to the creator, and it definitely feels that way. Very unsatisfying character to both play as and against. Harsh, I know, but that's just how I feel about this.
