- A St. Stephen's day or Boxing Day special just for you. I went to Morocco to drive the Dacia Duster across the desert and push this family car to its limits and beyond.
If you are thinking of getting a small SUV then you should really think about the Dacia Duster as you will see in this video, it can do anything!

What a great vehicle. They’re also the fastest car on the French motorways too. They get a tough life and do brilliantly.
Moroccan subscriber here from Tangier, northwest of Morocco. You are most welcome.
A very underrated car.
I have the Techroad 150 Tce edition and that pulls like a train.
Thanks, Bob, for all the entertainment in 2022, looking forward to your new adventures in 2023
Great review. thanks for taking us along with you.
What a great trip. Thanks for bringing us along.
Brilliant video Bob and it was like a Wish you were here tr!I'm and a car test threw in. The scenery was class. Definitely not easy that journey and you would need a good rest after it.. Great to have this to watch during the festive season... Happy New year Bob and thanks for bringing us real videos from most car companies with the exception of Hyundai who don't like criticism about their faults in design or products....
That was an adventure, some location there. Looking forward to more of these in 2023, enjoy the break!
Looked like an epic trip. Fine choice of bands too! I have that Brian Eno one on vinyl. Those wee Dacias are a great motor.
Here in South Africa, the Duster sell under the Renault name and is very much loved. A smooth, reliable vehicle specially with the state of our roads currently. Great vid Bob
Epic journey and review, I am eagerly awaiting the Dacia Bigster launch, great review on the rusty dusty, My next car will be new as I cannot afford to go second hand, Dacia very underrated just like Morocco!!
I Completely agree with you on the duster Bob. i have a 191 2wd duster and i absolutely love it. i would find it hard to go away from the duster after buying mine. they taught of small things ive not seen in other cars such as the little flap of fabric down between the front seats and centre consol to catch anything that falls.
Great video Bob, lovely to see a bit of the travel vlog style
That was savage Bob. The old dusters look handy enough so!
Happy Christmas to you Bob and family Hope 2023 treats ye well
Thanks for sharing the whole adventure. Looks like a great trip, though I agree I think you'd have got more out of it if you could have spent some time around Morocco with the Duster.
Hi Bob, was in Tunisia once went on excursion we were brought out into the Sand, Salt and Rock deserts similar surface to what you were on, we had Land Cruisers and Land Rovers. Absolute beautiful landscapes
Really enjoyed that Bob
Top notch as ever bob happy new year mate
Enjoyed this one Bob, kind of scary on your own...
Its worth considering a Dacia for sure
Happy Christmas and New Year Bob.like the Dacia
Jasus Bob, that video is all over the place, bloody hell
Well, that was a different car review. Well done Bob. Great car at a great price.
Greetings from Cumbria in the U.K.
Stay safe and well.
Nice one Bob 👍
Great video!
The car done good 👍 and u bob
Spectacular and terrifying Bob
Good man Bob, I’m a youngster like yourself, Blur/Gorrilaz got me through the 90s/onwards, along with Radiohead/Smashing Pumpkins and even Music For Airports /Ambient 1, if there was a diesel Duster in the North brand new I’d be a happy man 👏good work my man 👏
You Excel yourself again Bob, great Vid Merry Xmas to you and family
Love the behind the scenes look at having to get up at stupid o'clock, for a five AM Flight. Always surprises me why fog delays planes. Lucky you filmed prior to Boxing Day. Great video. Dacia are a good car, do everything you need them to, without silly prices. Very capable over that terrain. Must be good to be able to use a car on the landscape it is supposed to drive on.
Happy New Year to you and your Family. Our ramps just gone in at College EV & Hybrid Centre.
What a interesting video !! 👍👍
Is true we're not getting that interior in Ireland?
Are the seats in the new version better than the older one??
nice vid
Dacia and Skoda good honest vehicles.
makes you wonder if there`s a con`o lingus arirline in the piplines...scnr
great as always
This is where this car puts overpriced short ranged electric cars to shame and also due to euro ncap rules cheap cars are becoming harder to produce. The duster is a brilliant car. Have one now 3 years can't fault it.
Great video Bob.What did u think of the MASSIVE price difference compare to other countries on the Duster? We would be buying a Duster and a half compare to other EU countries.Dacia is all about value for money on low budget but the purpose of it is pretty much destroyed with the pricing in Ireland
Great video. Is this a regular car hire or was it a Dacia promotion event? Can anyone hire one of these Dusters and do the same trip?
But what about the performance of the car?
Nice video! By the way, that downhill section with ruts is nothing for Duster, but for someone who doesn't go off road can be scary :) There are other awd cars that look like they can't handle off road and they do it just fine, for example this guy with a Suzuki Ignis www.youtube.com/@tinyadventuresoffroad
Very good video Bob, but I can't understand how could you go through that torture to drive a Duster, I would be ashamed to own one......
sarcasm at its finest 🤣🤣
Bob, you told us nothing about the new Duster??
Renault tech great video but i wouldnt but them blocking a gap
You were lucky not to get punctures on that road tires... Sure, the car did its part but... as the saying goes: "There is no substitute for Intelligence" ... However, in the end luck trumps everything... 😁
Did you get the shits, I did
It's far removed from your "collecting the car here in Sandyford" reviews. Also a long way to go to try a car.
this isn't a real desert. Come to Djanet far down in Algeria and don't forget to bring a real Toyota 😅
