Weird that the MP-version of DoD only gives Aragon-Italy cores on two DM regions. In Singleplayer version, last time I played, it gave cores on all Occitan lands (basically all of southern France) + Occitan as an accepted culture. Though on the other hand, the MP version compensates with Castillan as accepted, which I think was removed from SP version. Even though the -history file for Aragon-Italy has Castillan as accepted, the base Aragon does not, which means you never get it, so that sucks.
Thats because the mod version they use as Basis for the MP mod is ancient. I wonder If they ever updated it and added some necessary stuff (like Spanish Commonwealth stuff which every modern iteration of the Singleplayer versions has)
There's a difference between doing something because "it's not explicitly stated in the rules" and conducting yourself honorably. The Venetian player probably doesn't return shopping carts either.

If you had a decent army comp I would consider remob spamming to be more nation ruining than an exploit. Just stack wiping your population constantly with no military hospital tech kills a lot of pops

@thirty forty It's a deposit. There is a locking mechanism and to unlock it you need a coin or a special key which you get back upon return.
