How disappointing that this was the series finale for 12 years
Kind of made me sad not knowing it was the last episode of the original Robot Wars. The reboot was great, but the original was better.

So that demographic had something else to entertain it in RW's absence.

Great series, great memories, Jayne Middlemiss did a great job.
But, Cassius Chrome was a terrible house robot 🤖 though, after the brilliant Mr.Psycho and Growler in series 6 they produced Cassius a quick robot with ineffective weapons.
She took Philippa Forrester's job for series 7, Julia Reed in series 4 and extreme 1. From Joe. X
@JamJam0189 I completely agree with you there! Although I believe series 7 could have seen some work of trying to save the show (my suggestion would have been to try revert the show to it's original style like in it's early half), I certainly wasn't a fan of Cassius Chrome (nobody really was), but I absolutely loved Jayne Middlemiss, she was just amazing with her appearance and personality!
