Tune in to see how GSP executes his signature takedown technique! - Sport
The goat in and out the cage!
Those details makes such a difference. 🐐
Hard not to like that guy! Interesting technical and tactical tips. Thanks for sharing.
I am impressed.. with his instructions. I wish i get a chance to meet and train with you one day GSP!
Some can fight, some can teach , but it's rare to be able to do both . Note that he not only says WHAT to do , but he gives the WHY in a clear enough manner that you leave understanding to concept behind it and thats what matters . I first picked this up watching a Bill "Superfoot" Wallace tape in the early 90's . But there was one problem. I can't kick high worth a damn . My name would be Brad "Crappyhips" Yaeger . But I understood the concept and used it with my hands instead . GSP is one of those fighters that will ask you how to do something he doesn't know how to do, then 6 weeks later he is beating you with it .
Very good technical knowledge will join bangtao 🎉😊
George, I can say, I am impressed with your performance.
your students are getting some top notch classes!
What a great tip thanks GOAT
What a great seminar and caring teacher. Good to see him in this venue.
Everybody coming to Bangtao to teach wrestling. 🤣 Jon Jones, Craig Jones and even GSP.

Brilliant
Beautiful Technique, Wish I was there 💪😄
He is in way better shape than his whole career too bad we didn't get gsp at his healthiest during his fights.
His English has improved vastly.
That’s a WOW technique
Wow gsp is the man. Elbow deep.
👍
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Самый мною уважаемый спортсмен джентльмен и просто хороший человек с Большой буквы
GSP 🐐
I always wanted to ask George how he avoids guillotines, but I imagine it's partly because there isn't much space for them in his technique, as well he doesn't bring his head up driving up which exposes the neck
Excellent.. Wish I was there. How much does it cost to go train at Bangtao Thai camp? 3 months?
If I'd be able to ask GSP anything, I'd ask him to tell me about rolling with Boris at Renzo's.
Dam he holds a seminar and teaches basics. Bruh

GSP: I'm not impressed by your performance
What's the benefit of not shooting to the knees?
Golc detail
GSP No Bald
Because he stepped too many times to Hendrix’s power hand he was abducted by UFOs
Hendricks was abducted by USADA and probed the the weigh-in scales
striker turned wrestler lol.
Indeed.
One of the best all-around fighter.
Nice demo...this guy will have serious problems if he tries to use this in da streez!! 😉
I did this to my wife. She was not impressed by my performance.
That man is pure class
He looks so weird with hair
I woudnt mention the Johnny Hendricks fight lol,he absolutely beat the shit out of you gsp made your head look like a pumpkin, and got absolutely robbed by the judges,
Juicehead Hendrix who lost every single fight after USADA came into the picture?
@@DM-tn7je would that be the same gsp who ran for the hills when usada came in ???,gsp was a juicer,as for Hendricks if you think with a fat beer belly dads bod he was juicing then obviously he wasn’t very good at it,you don’t think he lost them fights after having wars with Robbie lawler ??,
@@jamesmiles1328 Know your shit if you're gonna talk. Lawler vs Hendricks 2 was in 2014. USADA started in 2015, Hendricks then proceeded to lose 5 out 6 and his only win was a decision against a 39 year old Hector Lombard. GSP came back to win the middleweight title. Casual.
