For the people who just say Kenpachi should stomp because he is stronger, remember, there is more to a fight than raw strength and match ups matter. Kenpachi was getting stomped by Pernida who is much weaker than Kenpachi in terms of pure power. Mayuri was a much better matchup against Pernida despite basically being a fly compared to Kenpachi in terms of strength. I actually went into this battle thinking I would have Kenpachi win, but I ended up not seeing how Kenpachi could deal with the massive speed gap and internal haki strikes. If just being in the vacuum of outer space damages his organs, and if the weaker Pernida’s attacks can destroy Kenpachi’s insides, I see no reason why Luffy’s internal attacks wouldn’t also damage his insides. Even if you want to argue Luffy isn’t as strong as Pernida, he is obviously stronger than whatever forces the vacuum of space can exert. Kenpachi can win this fight if he can tag Luffy. I just need to see a solid speed argument for Kenpachi being above or at least equal to Luffy in speed. Once I get that, the results of this battle reverse.
Multiple fallacious arguments from you, Pernida beat Kenpachi because of his hax nothing more the same hax that would slam luffy so idk what your point is in bringing him up. Internal haki isn't doing anything buddy, Nnoitora impelled Kenpachi all the way through his body twice and he just laughed it off. It was revealed in the "spirits are forever with you" light novels he can harden his organs to tank internal attacks something else you didn't mention because you didn't research. And then you falsely claim luffy is stronger than whatever force that hurt Kenpachi's organs so you're saying luffy is stronger than the vacuum of space gotcha bud😂. Also another thing you missed because you skimmed through the story Gerard's sword Hoffnung reflects attacks back if it gets knicked. Kenpachi did knick it multiple times meaning he tanked his own meteor busting attacks multiple times lol luffy isn't doing anything and this is current Kenpachi after the novel events. Also Kenpachi keeping up with Hikone who can distort gravity and inertia with his raw speed is enough for luffy even shunsui who has seen and reacted to actual light could barely see Hikone.

5. Even regular humans can survive in the vacuum of space for like a minute… it’s obviously weaker than Luffy, unless you want to say something dumb and argue a regular human could survive Luffy’s internal haki strikes for a minute straight.
6. Hikone warping space time with his raw speed would be relativistic and a really solid speed feat. Do you know the chapter/page number or can you direct me to the statement? But even still, that wouldn’t be enough to overcome Lufffy since he has been dealing with repeated light speed attacks from Kizaru.

Btw in the 'Spirit's Are Forever With You' light novels Kenpachi's reiatsu could burn and break down the walls of the Garganta now whether you scale the Garganta to infinite 4d or 5d it doesn't matter luffy's soul isn't surviving that.

If your basing this entire video off anime at least wait till tybw is fully animated. Also the meteor zaraki destroyed is literally the size of the seireitei which will destroy hell of a lot more then just the seireitei. There also isn’t anything putting luffy at light speed. Observation Baki is different from a sharingan. Zaraki soloing the entire one piece universe just by walking around with spiritual pressure.

I don’t think power scaling is your thing yet cuz I’ve seen several well known and respected power scalers get even lieutenants in bleach faster than light and high tiers in bleach to millions of times faster than light. I'm aware what the "respected" Bleach scalers think. Their minds are clouded by their bias. I'm currently re-reading Bleach for my strength and power tier list for it, and there are multiple feats and statements that cap lieutenants at building level in the SS arc. Rangiku has trouble lifting 225 pounds... If you think someone who has trouble swinging a 225 pound sword can move their entire near 200 lb body at faster than light speeds, I don't know what to tell you.
The difference between me and them is their goal is to find ways to scale the verse they like as high as possible, while I try to scale the verse as objectively as possible.

Haha I expected people wouldn’t like this result. I do think Kenpachi is massively more powerful than Luffy, but none of his speed arguments hold up. Luffy has internal haki strikes that essentially bypass durability and destroy the target’s organs. This is a big problem for Kenpachi. Basically if Kenpachi had strong enough speed arguments he would just one shot Luffy, but he doesn’t at this time. However the anime is giving the characters new feats, so there is a good chance Kenpachi will be upscales next season and my opinion could change.

Ichigo has split and exploded Cero's, when Urahara block Bala it explodes. Starkks Cero, explode and also get split by Zanpakuto.
Mask Star Flash in chapter 561 is referred to as a beam of light... When making contact with a Zanpakuto it bounces/deflects and burns on impact... Vs Cero or Bala that would've just exploded on impact.
Renji after RG training blitzes this beam in order to save Rose from death.
Another 2 light attacks are Aushwalen & Yhwach's Reiatsu which are Ftl+(SKP to Seireitei in secs that took a mhs+Ichigo 9hrs15nmins to travel).
Lille Barro BECOMES light and Nanao & Shunsui are able to dodge a few.

Ichigo blitzes and counters many barrages of Yhwach's Reiatsu in HOS Shikai.
We don't know his Bankai abilities/power but with the Bankai boost he's easily in the mftl+levels of speed and Aizen scales the same.

Ignored the eye patch multiplier and used an OLD SPEED META FROM 2 ARCS AGO THAT TOOK PLACE 2YRS AGO(Mach 500 Gin).
To be fair Luffy never tanked void, modern missiles and self-destruction of being capable of launching country-continental level meteors. All of the above while nerfing himself 10 times. His two-handed strike without an eye patch should be 10-20 times stronger than the one that vaporized that meteor. His Bankai strike is 50-100 stronger. And his physical stats too. Even if you doubt somehow that Zaraki is above lightning speed right now, with 5-10x buff he should be fast enough. Luffy won’t be able to dodge him and won’t be able to tank his sword. Zaraki probably can one tap him without eye patch(I personally think that even with it).
I do think Kenpachi could probably one shot if he lands, but if Luffy can deal with light speed characters, it’s going to be near impossible for Zaraki to tag him until he gets more solid speed scaling. Maybe the anime will give it to us.

Ichigo as early as the Substitute Shinigami Arc at least had relativistic to ftl scaling due to reacting to Ceros which in the data book is described as “spiritual light.” And in the Soul Society arc, Ichigo and Kenpachi upscales from Shuhei and Rangiku who was able to avoid the Negacion Light beams. In the Hueco Mundo arc, Kenpachi just reacts and blocks a Cero from Nnoitora. There are plenty of more examples, but I think you get my point.

Even without light speed Ceros, there are still mftl arguments with Ichigo deflecting all of Senbonzakura’s 120,000,000 petals without a single one hitting him. The petals themselves aren’t very fast only at like Mach 5-15, but it could get him to Mach 4,737 to at a highball 73,448 times the speed of light, since he had to swing his blade very fast to deflect them all. About 23 times for the low end, and 100,000,000 times on a high end. And Kenpachi upscaling from this in later arcs.

@@Chillersnowman pixel scaling is a dishonest way to power scale most of the time as authors are EXTREMELY inconsistent with sizes. I have noticed this to be especially true with One Piece and Bleach.
Kenpachi deadass solos the verse and I say this as a person that has One Piece > Bleach
I do think there are Bleach characters that can do that. I just don't think Kenpachi is one of them. He has more raw power. He just doesn't have the versatility, speed, or stamina to do it.

I am sry but this video is full of bullshit. Kenpachi's only spiritual pressure beating whole OPM verse. Kenpachi's spiritual pressure is soo immense that it feels like it piercing through ur body, it also act like massive gravitational force. Weak Charecters like Luffy wont even able to move. And Luffy ain't faster than Zaraki. Even normal Shinigamis with flash step is faster than light. Zaraki dont use flash step cuz he doesn't like running so he stick to his place, let opponent attack him. Luffy's rubber like body bit going to save him being cut by Zaraki's blade. No matter how much durability u add, Nozarashi will cut through anything. If we talk about anime, Zaraki is in top 10 strongest in bleach even with restrain upon himself. And if we bring CFYOW Zaraki, then 💀💀💀.....lol he is on par with Aizen and Ichigo. Zaraki is 3rd strongest Charecter. He toyed with a soulking candidate in his base form without shikai, cut down strongest primordial hollow with 1 blade swing. His body withstand multiple nukes of Gremmy, survives outerspace vaccum, Azashiro's multiple Hado 96 destrutive spell and still not a scratch.....these are enough to prove he have godlike durability. The power thing I could possibly agree with. I do think there is a big power gap so Kenpachi may suppress him with his spirit energy and then easily kill him. However I heavily disagree with you on the speed argument. Regular shinigamis aren't even close to light speed, even with flash step.

@@Eficiente_VSB I’m going to go over that stuff in depth in my future tier list videos on the show, but I was vague in this video as really there is no definite answer. People have argued these characters as low as mountain level and as high as universe level. In the video I say Kenpachi has the power to destroy countries and Luffy can destroy islands based off what we know for sure. I could go in depth on where exactly I think they fall, but it would really be headcanon based off logical arguments. I tried to just use the most objective takes based off visual feats and blatant statements.

What statements are you talking about? I gave them both all official canon statements that are actually true. Like I didn’t scale Luffy to Whitebeard being able to destroy the world, because I think it’s pretty obvious that wasn’t meant to literally mean he could bust the planet. Kenpachi is indeed more powerful than Luffy. I say as much in the video. My scaling even leads to Kenpachi being over 10x stronger than Luffy bare minimum at full power, likely much more. But at the end of the day, statues don’t fight back, and Kenpachi doesn’t have the durability to take countless internal haki strikes.

She was damaging tired Kenpachi. He clearly isn't meant to be galaxy level. Nothing puts him there except trying to argue galaxy room is actually galaxy level, which it isn't.

In a bleach movie which is canon, a character who is relative to soul society bankai ichigo basically had the power to destroy the soul society which in its entirety is the size of a solar system, not to mention in the beginning of soul society ichigo was dodging light speed lazers, and he gets 10000s of times stronger and faster and kenpachi in the manga would scale to this. Luffy at best is Planetary and in the 100s of times faster than light. Your scaling is pretty much blatantly wrong, this fight was very biased.
Ceros aren’t light speed. As for the movie thing, I’ll get more into that once I watch the movie, but I’m rereading the manga now, and there are statements that blatantly cap most soul society characters from building to like multi city block level max.

2. im not even using cero's im using the light death rays that ichigo was reacting to pre soul society and the transmission light pillars in soul society.
3. Yamamoto transforming wipes out the soul society, Dangai ichigo who is weaker than bankai kenpachi was rivaling aizen who could also destroy the soul society.

Pre timeskip Luffy was already reletavistic to slightly FTL from dodging Pacifista lasers, depending on how you calculate the feat in 508.
He then gets considerably faster over the course of the post timeskip, to the point where his current base is faster than his Dressrosa G4 which is much faster than his pre timeskip base.
And this isn’t even taking 3D2Y into account (he gets 100x faster to match World’s 100 fold speed) or counting Foxy’s photons (dodging these would make Luffy relativistic even before his speed amps at Enis Lobby)

I don’t think calling an attack a beam of light automatically makes it light speed. The Hikone thing I’m not sure about since I haven’t read CFYOW yet. I hear he wars space with his speed which would be relativistic. That would be pretty good for Kenpachi, as I’d his base scales to that his bankai would at bare minimum be 10x FTL if we assume Hikone was the lowest level of relativistic and Kenpachi gets a 10x boost from shikai and bankai.

You're also ignoring the fact he bust that meteor, that's a major feat Vs splitting. It means he met the meteor with an equal amount of power to destroy it, splitting it would only be large mountain-Island lvl... Busting it yields large country+amounts of energy.
This is in Shikai WITH his eye patch on that seals more than half his power(remember Nnoitra cut his old eye patch in their battle? Mayuri made a new one that made it's 1st appearance in Fullbring Arc that seals 10×more than his old one 👀) Times that feat by 3 and a eye patch off Shikai Kenny is in the Multi-Continental range if not more(not even including his spatial Hax)... I disagree with it. He needed to create a clone just to make a country level meteor. A few more clones getting him to galaxy level seems like too big of a jump. Even if galaxy room was a galaxy sized space, Kenpachi doesn’t scale to it because he didn’t destroy the space, he just escaped it. He also used the move to damage Kenpachi with the vacuum of space and it actually did significant damage to him. Leia from Star Wars episode 8 kind of tanked being in space better than Kenpachi did, lol.

People overestimate bleach characters as fuck, both in speed and power. Ichigo had difficulty dodging the gin 500 mach sword, even using the hollow mask. And Zaraki had difficulty dodging a lightning from Candice. So most likely Zaraki's speed is lower in combat, most likely his speed should be at most mach 800 or 900.
And in power too. Most likely, zaraki has a country level. And the candice rays are cited as having 5 gigajoules of power = 1 ton tnt power. And he was knocked out by it, which would be equivalent to a weak missile.
🤡Even Nanao could react to light so there's no way Kenpachi is slower than her. Add on the light novels where you have Hikone, who moves so fast he distorts gravity and inertia to a point where he slows time. Kenpachi was easily able to react to him and tag him multiple times he'll be able to hit luffy. If you hate the scale sucks for you no one is going to change it to fit you and your opinion.

I agree that luffy wins, but I think you're downplaying both of them. Kenpachi is definitely light speed at least. Shunsui was struggling to dodge the x axis attacks that are light speed, and I think bankia kenpachi is way faster than him. Luffy pre time skip been light speed. Foxy said his attacks are photons, and is shown to have the same properties of photon as such as being able to be reflected.
Now the app feat with kenpachi is impressive.... But could you compare that to don chinjao splitting an ice continent harder than steel? Or even the meteor in the manga fujitora dropped on the bird cage, that meteor is huge and the bird cage is not even haki infused. Why the meteor is huge because with viola fruit, she said she can see 4000km radius, meaning everywhere in dressrosa but not the coast. Dressrosa is a continent and that meteor compared to dressrosa is crazy.

Foxy’s attack’s definitely weren’t light speed. Kizaru hyped up his light speed kicks to end of pre time skip top tiers. Luffy can’t be FTL until post time skip based off that narrative.
Don Chinkao “splitting the ice continent” doesn’t necessarily mean the entire continent was split. Like if you split your skin, that doesn’t mean it split across your entire body, it just means it fully went through your dermis.
Where are you getting Dresrossa is a continent? We see the entire country and it’s clearly not even close to a continent in size.

I don’t think I would consider any of the Supernova that Kizaru fodderized as “top tiers” given that they were pretty much featless at the time.
With the most recent chapters giving credence to Kizaru’s light abilities exceeding light speed, this might give merit to Foxy’s photons actually being light speed, though I could understand if others don’t share the sentiment.

They are seen reacting to and dodging actual light in the SS arc as it's said in one of the data books "spiritual light" and one of the lieutenants are seen reacting to and dodging the little light barrier seen dropping down around aizen in ch 182 of the manga (this is also shown in the anime) and Ichigo is seen fodderizing other lieutenants who should be relative in power, Kenpachi would of course scale far above these lieutenants only getting stronger (and by stronger and power I mean overall capabilities speed included) In the TYBW arc not even mentioning bankai being a 5 - 10 times buff on top of Kenpachi's natural capabilities which would allow him to at least get a swing in before his arm would fly off lol

I’m kinda iffy on Cero’s and the Negacion qualifying for light speed; being referred to as a “spiritual light” could be more in reference to them emitting light vs actually traveling at light speed (ie. how people in the real world can refer to candles/lightbulbs as “lights”).
Though there was also that speed feat from Uryu where he out sped his own shadow, which I recall was calced as being relativistic, so there might be more merit to it.

Candles and lightbulbs emit light that moves from point a to b they themselves as objects do not travel while the ceros are fired beams that move from point a to b themselves and are referred to as light. Also out lier feats exist and even though uryu is shown to be doing that he SHOULD be capable of more impressive stuff most of the time

Taking all of this into account Kenpachi could win but it depends on speed in which Luffy (this is me going based off of what I said throughout this essay) has more speed multipliers ontop of being mftl in base (similar to Kenpachi) so Luffy probably wins due to outspeeding Kenpachi but taking into account Kenpachi being in the same category of speed as Luffy and having speed multipliers also though not as many Kenpachi could win with just a swong of his sword in shikai (Which im pretty sure he was in when he did his high scaling ap feats with gremmy). Neither of them are planet or solar system level. No One Piece character has had an attack of a similar level. Luffy is close to the country or continental level. Luffy is having difficulty fighting Kizaru, he has the speed of light, but he doesn't have the speed of millions of times the speed of light. His probably have ftl speed

Luffy is boundless due to Gear 5 and scaling to Kaido who is strongest in the verse, Kaido is stronger than Whitebeard who can destroy the planet, this single planet has the cosmology of a high outerverse, and if you think Im wrong Alabasta has a 30 mile river stretching through it. And Gear 5 has toon force, Kenpachi has no way to hurt him, only one I see beating Luffy is Naruto who scales to Kaguya who is also boundless. Yeah Luffy negs.

Absolutely not. Luffys toon force is limited otherwise he would've just written Kaido out of the story Bugs Bunny style. The feat about White Beard destroying the planet could be referring to his fruits destructive capabilities, this is likely due to his fruits being able to cause tsunamis (a possible life extinction level event which could also explain the planetary statement meaning he could life wipe earth not just destroy the planet out right). And just because the planet is larger for example making feats continental in scale more impressive in actuality, this does not make Luffy boundless. At most Luffy is Planetary to Star level (due to the planet being larger it could be star level Toriko style but who knows) with limited toon force and mftl speeds. While Kenpachi is around planetary to universal (due to destroying Grammys meteor the size of the sereitei which is comparable in size to earth and or universal due to scaling to Yamamoto who would be able to destroy the soul society overtime if he didn't finish his fight with Ywhach quick enough the soul society credited to being the same size as the living realm (the universe in the living world) Kenpachi being the physically strongest soul reaper, being able to cut souls, and scaling to Luffy in speed due to characters even in the beginning of the story being able to react to spiritual light for example Ichigo and Kenpachi even earlier in the series FAR out scaled the earlier versions of Ichigo who were reacting to said spiritual light the gap only getting bigger as time went on, speed wise of course and talking about soul society Ichigo vs Kenpachi throughout the story.
