28 years old & I still go to sleep every night with tears running down my cheeks and my back turned to my wife, 3 years after the loss of my best friend. Every single night. Once you lose somebody that molded you into the man you are today, you will never be the same as you were yesterday. Be strong, and please.. Don't give up.
I feel bad for both Stewie & Peter. Peter was the reason Brian had the opportunity to live with them and become important to them and Brian was Peter's best friend, they've known each other for a while.
Since Stewie is a baby, this hits hard for him but since he's more intellectual as well it hurts even more because he understands what's happening and they've been on so many adventures together and been through so much. Plus, when you're a baby and lose your best friend, a new pet wouldn't be the same to you and it's quite scary and shocking. Nobody understands him in his family and now the only one who did is gone.
Family Guy may be seen as a “stupid” or “immature” adult cartoon by most people, but this show means a lot to me; especially with some of the emotional scenes and episodes it has like this. It’s one of my favorite comfort cartoons for the laughs and tears.

This remembers me of my first cat that died years ago. I really grew up with him he was such a good soul and had a great character and was lovely af. It was the first time I lost a "loved one" and I was very young. I cried for days didn't go to school for a week that feeling of emptyness was so heavy. The scene where they say goodbye gave me a flashback of how I said goodbye to my old friend. Gosh.. how can an animal just rip my heart out so much. I still miss him 😔

I lost a friend. Me and a couple of others went swimming out in the sea. He was a diving coach, he loved to swim and was good at it. He told me that he would go down below but he hadn't come up for a concerning amount of time. It was part of the reason why I thought nothing would happen, and I was wrong. We asked help from people nearby to help us find him. But it was too late. Everything after that was a blur. It happened too fast. My carelessness failed my friend. I blame myself everytime I think of what happened. It's hard to describe this type of pain that I feel and I hope no one else goes through this. Rest In Peace Aaron, you are the greatest friend anybody could ask for and I am lucky to be one of yours. August 9, 1998 - May 16, 2021.

The part that really hurt was hearing “I want my friend back”, honestly Brian was Stewy’s only best friend, also someone he looked up to, and that’s like any young child with their animal, this episode really showed how really close we are to our animals, not only are they our pets, but our friends, and they’ve been there for us when we cry, when we were angry, without judgment, so when I heard “I want my friend back” it broke me out, cause honestly, when our pet dies, we just want them back, we just want their love back, we just want our friend back-

This episode hit me all too hard. My dog was in the same state. I almost lost him to a hit and run. And if it wasn’t for my boss paying the ridiculous high bill. I would’ve lost him too soon.
