To moisture hony ki wjha sa wo oil ma ja k bkr jati hoon gi
Or agr phly hi sai nai bn rhi to 2,3 condition hain
1- Ap na billkull bareek qeema nhi liya hoga
2-Qeema ka pani achy sa drain off nhi kia hoga
3-Piaz fine chopped nhi hoon gy, ya jitni quantity btai h us sa ziada daly hoon gy ya unka pani achy sa squeeze nhi kia hoga
4-Patty ko ziada deep oil ma fry kia hoga
