I own beats x and bose soundsport both and trust me guys heres the comparison:
audio quality : both are superb..
bass : no doubt bose is farrrrr better than beats x
loudness bose is better
clarity both are awesome..
comfort : beats is nice they fits in your ear perfectly bose it will take time to get used to it.
Bose soundsport is far better than beats trust me guys.

You pay for sound every time you chose BOSE :) In this particular model you are paying for active noise cancellation, best on the market. Unless you sleep next to the construction site - you feel like in space. Great sound comes as a bonus.

Beats x needs to be vs the sound sport wireless... this a 150 dollar price range difference its like comparing a pair of 500-1000 dollar sennheisers vs a 200-300 dollar pair of what ever

I would like to highlight one point here. Please do notice : While getting hit by punchy bass do the ear-buds loose there harmony to mids and high? it does happen with beats x but not qc30
I totally agree with you. I have tried several and I realize there are sound preferences for every listener but Bose get's my vote. They are truly awesome!

Good basic review. It would have been a GREAT review if you would have included two of the most complained about features in wireless headsets: microphone quality and sound isolation/cancellation. You didn't even mention the Bose adjustable noise cancellation feature which sets itself apart. Thanks for your review, just a couple ways to make future reviews even better.

You should have tried to describe the sound differences bass level,etc as that is prefence..I prefer beats sound to bose but like sony even more these days

I would say, if you're looking for a neutral sound. go for the beats. if you're looking for a more defined bass then go for the Bose

Bass is no way close to the power beats 3 omg 😮, I cant believe you even said that, wow dam man I used to listen to you, but after I just took my BeastsX back cause they were FLAT, and I’m a bass head , the Powerbeats 3 made me happy. I paid .$74 at target for the BeatsX took them back and got Powerbeats 3 for $99. Bucks. I’m sure they must be coming out with the 4. But I’m sorry I hope you get paid and all but 100% disagree, with your pick, I only wish the Powerbeats 3 had the lightning port. Oh well.

You made fair comparison and i completely agree with you.Experince QC 30 is really amazing. From my point of view it deserve extra 150 $.Noise cancellation means alot to those people travelling regularly.
