CONSOLE vs PC | Should You Switch?

- Several of you have been asking my for my opinion on Console vs PC after the release of the PS5 and XBSX so here you have it. I must admit consoles have come become far more efficient and powerful than we've ever seen before but even still PC holds the highest position performance wise. In the end it's a choice of preference and needs in your gaming aspirations. Casual gamers I say to you these new consoles are well worth the price. Want to be the best you can possibly be...PC is the gateway.

After not being able to get my grubby hands on a next gen, I finally made the switch and built my first desktop and I couldnât be more excited

Wth? Its even harder to get a gpu than it is to get a next gen console

@@daboss6614 by itself but a prebuilt is easy
25+ years PC gamer here.
Loved every minute of it, but now my PC started showing old age signs. Random crashes while gaming, bad performance etc.
Now, if it needed to only have the GPU replaced, Iâd say fine. But now my CPU must also be upgraded for the GPU to not be bottlenecked.
And itâs like a never ending story, you just need to keep spending more and more money which add up, especially if you donât wanna compromise.
This is why a PS5 is very tempting.
Especially being 35 years old, running a business and having a family⊠I just donât have time.
Plus, competitive FPS gaming is behind me and Iâm playing mostly controller games anyways.
I prefer pc my self but have nothing against consoles. Grew up with them, pc and handhelds, still use my Switch regularly. It just comes down to having fun, it's what gaming's all about.
Hopefully this answers most of the general questions you guys have been asking me about switching from controller to mouse and keyboard as well as everyone asking if switching to PC is with it. I tried to keep it as short as possible and I hope it helps you in your decision making process! Stay awesome everyone đđ
Greta points. But when will the scuf instinct pro review come out
Hey, just watched your video on TN vs VA vs IPS pannels from 2019. I'm currently looking for a new monitor (playing on PS5) especially to play BF2042. And I stumbled across the LG 32UN500W (VA) and the Samsung U28552UQU (IPS). Which one would you recommend? And if you think, none of them are good, which OTHER monitor would you recommend?
PS: I want to stay in the same price range as the other two.
@@wasnhberg3945 I assume you already bought one, but always go IPS for gaming as VAs have terrible ghosting.
Next year I am definitely focusing on saving up to buy my first PC RIG.
Energy prices suggest consoles
Ay! I'm not competitive but I made the switch because if I didn't I would be looking at getting both next gen consoles for the exclusives on each. However with cross plat gaming becoming more standard, switching to PC just made sense for me. My build isn't a 4k monster, but a solid 2k 160+fps rig thanks to the 3070FE. I will add that my build was about $1600 minus case, and about $1800 all in (I went with an itx case because I wanted a small form factor; NCase M1).
Overall very happy I made the switch and looking forward to getting better with m&k.
Great vid as always Bear.
Great video - Im about to buy either a console or PC but for a very different type of game where frame rate is perhaps less demanding - Farming Simulator 22 - given I have a small desk for this hobby will be going console as a casual gamer. Only having space for a small TV and being ready to run straight out of the box with not a huge budget were the main factors. Would love your thoughts.
Good video bro... Couldn't describe it better myself
Welcome back Boss hope your doing well sir amazing vid as always đ»
Letâs go! Heâs back!
As a casual gamer I absolutely love my PS4/PS5 consoles and my Linux PC that I built back in 2019. My pc is used mainly for indie and older games as well as hosting my Plex server, while my consoles are used for couch gaming and movie watching.
Agreed if you are casual gamer looking to chill at the evening with friends or alone playstation is perfect
@@GamerDaPeter big facts
I bought pc to play WOW and then I decided to play some console games on PC , and this is my conclusion : playing games on console such as ps4 or ps5 or even Xbox S are much easier and fun than playing on PC , because on PC there are always other application running or need to be setup before playing game , and the other reason is I have 65 inch TV screen which makes the game amazing even with only 60 FPS . Even if there is a new console in the future you still can play your games from previous console on new one .such as playing ps4 games on ps5 console.
Finally it is hard to beat the price of Xbox s with game pass .
This only my opinion and totally agree with you and I am not against any opinion .
Please keep up your great channel .
The man is backđđ»đđ»
True. Sometimes I played the same games that I used to play on the console and they felt so much better and more enjoyable than before. It is like the game feels more immersive because of those high frames.
I built my current PC in 2015. I have saved about $1,080 NOT paying for Xbox Live/Playstation Gold in that time. More than enough to afford the GTX 1080 that I put into that PC a little later. For all its headaches, the upgradeability and flexibility that PC gives you is priceless. My game library is set in stone basically for my entire life. I don't have to worry about backwards compatibility. It's there.
Iâm curious how you calculated $1080
@@Ronny-Swanton same
@@Ronny-Swanton I am curious what is PlayStation Gold ? Lol
As for subs, you pay 30$ a year, and you also save up over a 1000$ from monthly games alone, which is pretty much the consoles Humble Bundle.
There are still a lot of misconception s when it comes to console gaming, especially from people that never did much of console gaming, or barely did their research (like stating that the games are cheaper, when in reality the sales are near identical across all platforms for the better part of last decade.)
My advice? Get both PC and console of choice. This way you keep your console library , friends and trophies but also gain access to certain games (RTS genre) on PC and for modding certain games like Bugthesda games and CDPR. The rest of your games you can simply play on the console with great quality and optimization.
Where did u get $1080 lmao
â@@MrVux007I think he or she meant PlayStation, gold
As a casual player i went with the pc and enjoyed it. Especially shooters. Hovewer i experienced so many technical issues with pc that i finally decided to go back to consoles. Pc tuning takes a lot of time and knowledge. Adjusting graphics and stupid driver updates that wreck games that ran perfectly fine before is a game killer
i got my pc 6 months ago and when i got on back on console the other day i was terrible on fortnite. the fram rate for gaming is very important and console players who never played pc wouldnât even know.
They have 120fps now tho..
@@Axxxel_in_Harlem As I guy who plays on a very low end pc, I would give anything to get a console which plays constantly on 120 FPS 1080p. It's just so cheap for what it offers!!
Played and experienced both. I played ps4 for 3 years before switching to pc. Honestly, I wouldnt say there's a better choice because it really depends on what you're looking for. Right now, its a little easier to be a console player than a pc player due to the prices but Honestly, im loving pc. Hope people can decide for themselves and not judge others
âNot judge othersâ? I didnât know it was that serious lol.
I agree, I am a pc player and I played consoles for 17 years, even though PC is way more fun and better but consoles are just good as well if you can't afford a fancy pc.

Honestly this really narrows it down for me. Christmas is coming so Iâm trying to decide between a PC or series X (I already have an Xbox one) but hey there is always room for console and pc.
Not Xbox and PC. PC has all the Xbox games and has many exclusives too. If you want PC and console then the PS5 is the only choice that makes sense.
Top notch as always
For the price scalpers want for these next gen consoles with tiny SSD's in them.
Just buy a pre built PC. You can add SSDs so much cheaper to get more room for games.

Great video. I have both PS5 and Series X but planning to build a gaming pc this year. I suck at mouse and keyboard and have been a console gamer my entire life. I want a PC so i can try games such as Dota 2 and League of Legends (which I have no idea how to play)
you will get used to mnk fast
I just recently got a CyberPower $2000 pre built pc for streaming and gaming. While it was a hassle because it was damaged during shipping and/or incorrectly assembled, itâs been amazing playing on. People sometimes forget the access to indie games like among us and one of my favorites for the Halloween season Phasmophobia! The pc also makes working on stream\video content so incredibly easy with dual monitor setups. Overall though I will say the frame rate bump didnât really blow my mind as much as I thought coming from a ps5. Dope video though Bear hope youâre doing well!
I think I got the same one and the graphics cards cooling system would never turned on. I just took it back and got a skytech one with a rtx 3070 and itâs definitely better than console. But you canât beat the price tag and performance on these next gen consoles.
@@MyTeamSucks91 I got a PC from SkyTech switched from PS4 to PC 6 months ago best decision I made I got one for $2,000 it has a 10700k and a RTX 3070 which the RTX 3070 alone beats the Consoles also and when you think about it the price tags and performance on Console isn't a great buy especially when you add in the online subscription and $70 priced games so more money over time but on PC it's cheaper in the long run you don't have to pay a subscription to play your games online, also cheaper games, emulators, upgradeability, mods, etc. also with games staying at $60 for new releases that can be cheaper with CD keys I have saved $600 since then also with XBOX and PS games now on PC I don't see the point in Consoles anymore nothing against Consoles or people that play on them just facts but I'm glad you guys are on PC now though welcome to the community guys.

Im a casual gamer and I'd love to get a console but there simply isnt any on sale right now and has been this way since launch
My first console was ps2, then the wii, then the ps4. After 2-3 years with the ps4, I switched to PC. Now I have used PC mostly for 5 years and I've had a really great time. But I feel like I want to switch to console and get a ps5. I don't feel the same enjoyment with PC gaming anymore. Console gaming feels much more chill and comfortable. But I don't know if it is worth getting a new console when I already have a good PC where I could get the same games on.
hey, im in the same kind of boat as you. i have a shit pc now. it runs games at 50-60fps (1060). have had that for 5-6 years now. and im trynin to upgrade. but its expensive and i dont play with friends. its just me. so im also considering going consule and a new tv. for comfortable gaming. its hard to choose.
@@victor-xy7dq Yes, PC has more and cheaper games. I actually bought a PS5 and I've really enjoyed it. It's nice to have both but still very expensive.
i Had the same feeling as you. But my gaming pc in close to my TV in my Basement which lead me to buy a super long HDMI Cable from Amazon. It is super easy now to play on my couch and relax. I just open my pc click on steam big picture. Walk to my couch and start playing. Once your system is set, It felts super good.
I have a 2k plus PC and for the last 2 years I've been thinking of going back to console with this new gen coming/here now.
Can I ask what makes you wanna switch back to consoles? Just curious.
I got ps5 and its great. I have high end PC for work but for games I just want to play it from the bed and use controller. And to play relaxing, fun games. Nothing competitive, meaning online.
i'm quite late to this video but it's something that i might ask my mum if i can do. I play the sims 4 however and I own almost all the packs, now even if they were on a disc they wouldn't work on pc anyway which would mean i'd have to buy all my packs again. To buy a half decent PC is expensive enough let alone hundreds of pounds added on for the packs i currently own. My question is, is it really worth it? See, I have a playstation 4 which is quite an old model now and has been around for years and i just want an upgrade and plus if i get a PC i could download CC (which i understand it would have to hold alot of storage if i was to do this) but last time, is it worth it?
I switched and built a pc last year in stead of getting a ps5. I loved my ps4, i had so many hours of fun gaming with my mates. Consoles are great. But i cant go back. Gaming on pc is another experience entirely. Now i will qualify this by saying that i have a high end setup, and it wasnt/isnt cheap, but the performance difference is night and day. The upgrade paths on pc are endless, but thats part of the hobby. I even upgraded the switches on my gaming mouse, had to learn to solder... But i cant go back. The pc experience is too good. So id say that if you are passionate about gaming, its one of your main hobbys, build a pc! But as i know, you can have as much enjoyment on any platform as another, so if you are a kid or strapped for cash, make the switch when you can afford to. Trust me, pc hits different.
While it is expensive, try something like the most recent HTC Vive with VR gaming, if it does not make you dizzy, it is incredible.
Might as well get a gaming PC if PS5's are gonna cost $1000. On PC I'll have better performance, more games to access, and have lots of fun through the use of mods. I can do so much more.
How much do you reckon I should save up for a PC, and where should I go to get one
Probably the worst time to get a pc rn with the crazy prices of graphic cards ,u should have waited in my opinion ,rn graphics card are overpriced .

I had consoles from the time of my mom getting me a Sega Genesis straight on through every console generation up until and including having a PS4 Pro. This is the first time Iâve had a high-end PC (with a 3080), and I donât have any reason to buy a console anymore.
Every two years? You clearly donât know what youâre talking about. Itâs true you need to re-spec, but itâs about every four-five years unless youâre doing so obsessively compulsively to just have literally the newest hardware. Do you really think my computer, for instance, with 32 GB of ram, a 5.0 ghz processor and 3080 GPU will be struggling at all in TWO YEARS? Thatâs insane.
@Herr Bzzzd This is the second time I seen you on a comment with the same response if you did simple research you would know not all us PC gamers upgrade every 2 yrs. cause we don't have to idk why people like you don't do research its annoying also if the game is badly optimized its the developers fault not the PC or Console also games on PC set your settings immediately after booting up the game so do actual research next time before making yourself look like an idiot.

What do you think about Alienware R13 and R14. Itâs running on PCIE gen 5 an intel 12 gen CPU.
When I started building my pc. Most of my price went to a 3080ti. I got lucky an hit at micro center. Getting solid setup that shows a substantial difference. Youâll rack up easy 2k. Iâve got close to 3k in mine. An still I go back to my Xbox series x. Itâs so easy quite an loads up just a little slower than my pc. Maybe 2seconds slower. So not that big of a difference in my eyes. Iâd rather play on next gen than my pc. But if you want to mod things pc would definitely be the way to go being able to add shaders. Crazy amount of stuff for Minecraft. Plus idk if itâs a issue with the graphics card. But on console I never crash. But my pc will not super often. But 2 times a month or so
Do you know which Micro Center you got the graphics card? We have been really trying to get a decent gpu for my brother cause he can bearly stream with his gt 710 (we would have got him a better one but that was the only one that we could have found on the market).
just suggested going to the stores before they open. You get entered into a raffle an theyâll send you a text if you win. Youâll be put in line if thereâs extra theyâll allow you to get whatâs left. I suggest getting a 3080 or 3090 if possible, it was a lot easier for me to get my hands on one cause of the price tag jump. Just watch videos on them an make sure to get a solid one. They tend to crash. Mine does it once a month or twice, but I think thatâs more cause of how much power itâs taking up
wait what... a series x/ps5 will be left in the dust by a 3080ti if you want faster loading times then just get a better nvme

Hey would you ever do a review on the woojer vest edge? Been seeing mixed reviews, you're the only person I trust to see if it's viable for fps and boost to sound sensitivity
Give me PC any day. I get to choose what hardware goes in my rig, and I get to choose what, when, and how to upgrade. Also, I have thousands of games to choose from, and my PCs do more than a console could hope to. I have consoles for the few exclusives I want to play, but if it's multiplat I choose PC.
I feel like the benefits of pc were not explained well enough. Pc does not have any online subscriptions you have to pay for, games are slightly cheaper, and if you can get the right parts it might be cheaper in the long run due the cheaper games and lack of paying for online.
@Mr chief secret. I can use whatever controller I want, and I can connect my pc to the tv.
@Mr chief yes I can.
@Mr chief also, I have a pair of twin 27" monitors for my main rig. Small isn't an issue.
Hi I am thinking about switching from Xbox one s to laptop, in apex legends how do you adjust your fps settings
One thing that is nice for console- disable cross play. Minimal cheaters and everyone is on a fairly level playing field.
1500? Oh boy thatâs what I paid just for my RTX 3080 FE
Another 1500 for the rest of components and Iâm still researching about monitor good for both gaming and video and photos editing
Man I have been thinking about it alot but just don't really think it's worth it for me. A high end Graphics card price is just insane to me. If they weren't so much I think I would do it. I just don't think they are worth that. It probably doesn't cost them much to make them. Pretty happy with my series x. Like my ps5 too but for some reason I'm usually on my x. I have 120hz tv and it performs pretty well in my opinion
Don't buy high end graphics cards. Don't believe the marketing. You can buy a 300 dollar card and be good for years. The 6650xt is slightly more powerful than what's in the ps5 and its 280 bucks.
Also "performs well" probably isn't an objective measurement. Unless you're super competitive u don't need 120 fps let alone 240. That's not what's making the most difference when u play online. 60 fps vs 240 fps won't bridge a 20% skill deficit. Or 10% even. I'd say make the switch and keep ur price around 800 bucks. I'd even be willing to help u source parts man. You'll put perform that ps5 and u can keep ur controller.
@@vespaman101 i found rx580 sell for 55 dollars. Is it a good card to use another 2-3 years,?
@zulajai5449 eh thats enough to get by today but that's about it. If I were you and really wanted to budget I might look for what was mid range a little more recently. That's a 2017 refresh of a mid range 2016. But if that is ur budget then by all means get it. Thr good thing about buying so cheap is you can buy a slightly better but also 50+ dollar card the next year, and then the next year, and again the year after. At the end of the day whether a card is enough is subjective. I just replaced my fury x for a 4070ti. The fury wasn't enough for me but that was due to specific uses and my standards are very high.
I'm switching (or switched rather - since 2015) because the culture of consoles is very alien to me now compared to 2006. I also value mods a lot more now considering the sad direction corporate is taking their games with the NFTs and microtransactions.
I have both and it feels amazing. No need to switch!
I never knew mouse and keyboard was hard like telling me how breathing is hard.
Right? When they started having more fps games like halo on console i felt like the controller was hard. All my noob friends would reck me on console because i was mouse and keyboard since I was a little kid. I can do both now but mouse and keyboard is waaaaay better and intuitive imo. Itâs what the games were originally designed for.
I recently switched to pc a couple of days ago and i regret nothing! Can anyone recommend some easy to use video editing software? I like making montages and stuff.
@Mr chief I use a 27inch monitor and it's fine for me, you can just use a huge smart tv for your pc if you wanted.
you missed the fact that there are prebuilt pcs which you can get fully setup within less than an hour
I've had a ps5 for a year now and i want to sell it to get a pc ar around the same price point, but hearing that the ps5 equals to a pc pf around 1000 dollars i'm questioning if i should
Tbh it depends on what you like
Thank you! I'm a student so I don't have a lot of time for gaming, I will most likely get a PS5 like my friends
Yeah ps5 gaming is better than pc gaming atm
I grew up with both pc and different consoles. I prefer the feel of FPS on pc, but my consoles are so nostalgic I still play on them. I think it comes down to what do you *need* to get done? Just gaming and watching Netflix or whatever? Probably console. But if you want something more def PC. I'm an adult and could afford my $1600 PC, and obviously there's more advantages to it than my new Xbox, but for people who don't have that kind of money or kids who's parents aren't down with that there's really nothing wrong with the new consoles.
i totaly agree. consoles are great with price to performance. but it also gets "unfair" realy quick. you can not compare a pc with a console at one point
Hi, I'm at a dilemma here. I want a next gen console as I am the opposite of a competitive gamer but I also want a pc to play half life on my quest 2. any ideas on what I should do?

i play on high end pc and ps5 whatever i want at a moment ps5 is great but some games suck on controller
For me PC wins event time as up front cost is only a small part, pc has Free Online play no XBL/PS+ like subscription for PC, biggest library of games available on PC with better backwards compatibility, on average price per games on PC are cheaper, so over 5 years console will normally be the biggest investment of money.
One big difference is If you played the Same exact game on te pc locked at 60fps you'd still have a major advantage visually and competitively as the mouse and keyboard is superior in accuracy so even at the same frame rate the mouse will give superior aiming in games
You can use keyboard and mouse on xbox then XD
Huh. Yah i would say that the ability to upgrade your pc part by part is a pro not a con. I mean console players are buying new ones ever couple years also. 1200 bucs on Newegg will get u a 3060 and 10th gen intel cpu. Best bang for buck for prebuilt gaming pc imo.
good video. im considering going back to consule after 5-6 years of pc gaming. with a good pc back then, when i got it. to now trying to upgrade it, but its freakin expensive. besides all of that, i have no friends to play with. so its just me. but i would still like to play on pc. so for me its hard desstion and like a 50/50. yes pc is better but more expensive. conusle is "just" as good, but cheaper. waht to do ?
for what next gen can do their pretty good for ur money.also due to inflation around the world upgrading pc can become verry exspensive and can add up quick
You can also play on keyboard and mouse on ps or xbox
Playing non competitive games can save you a ton of cash. Everything else in this video is pretty legit.
I believe the ability to multitask is what takes the cake for PC. If a game has a long queue time, simply open up a tab on your 2nd monitor and watch youtube for a few min
Well you could just get your phone or ipad/tablet out on console
@@yoshibald8958 opening a tab on another monitor takes less time
@@jonathankitchen2202 oh okay didnât now that
@@jonathankitchen2202 lol
@@jonathankitchen2202 uhhh no? If you are really struggling with queue times on console and got no friends to talk to you can just keep your phone open đ€đ€đ€
Where can u get those consoles for 500?
PC has a VASTLY wider selection of games to choose from more than the Xbox and PS "combined", then PC gets all "Xbox Exclusives" on top of that these days. PC also saves money over time as games tend to be cheaper with multiple game stores you can buy from. Then of course PC is a PC so work and productively is another benefit not just gaming. I think this video missed a fair bit.
Nope. Look at the release dates of PS consoles for example. 6-7 years apart each. I love PC gaming more then consoles (mouse + keyboard being only reason to be honest)but these prices of GPUs are insane. And you need to invest in PC more often over 7 years cause games get better and better. But games on console are limited until new one comes. Look at PS again or Xbox. It can push 4k right now. How much money you need to give to push 4k on PC? Assuming you can get your hands on at least 3080 to run things smoothly 30+ fps. Only benefit is for playing online games but if you are not heavily into that then console is a solution. In the end its all about fun. I don't like consoles cause I haven't bought one since SEGA days. I got out of touch for them but now I got PS5 and its cool. I feel more relaxed playing some dumb game then stressing myself over some shit on PC in online match. Of course you can play online games with PS but that doesn't have any flare to me. Maybe its age thing too. I am 33 and competing vs randoms online doesn't entertain me as it has during my WoW days 10 years ago.
@@vashstampede8523 you crammed so many fallacies into a single argument I'm genuinely amazed.
@@vashstampede8523 pc u have a choice of settings in games, console u don't so the new dying light for example ur capped at 1080p 60fps while a 3060 ti can pull 4k 60. pc has so many more games compared to consoles and ur on a better platform so ur paying for what u get. consoles run dynamic resolution is nearly every game so that '4k' isn't even that good because it downscaled res to keep fps. pc will always be on top and consoles are for xmas presents for the kids.
@@ghosthunter0950 Guess we wont know until u explain lol
@@ztzlegend6557 Argument is if PC is cheaper. Its not. As for your other points look at the benchmarks pls. And its not xmas present for the kids. Older generations grew up on consoles but they all got high and mighty once they got their PCs. You buy a console, pay some decent price, get games and play. PC is useless after 2-3 years. Once developers start to push UE5 its good night 3000 series. Its already happening. Compromises like DLSS. With consoles I get what I paid. Afternoon fun and stress release. PC has more games that no one plays really. Its problem on console too. I am gamer for 25 years bro since i got Sega Genesis. I know what we gamers do every day. Dont BS me pls. We all play 2-3 games all year around, and test new ones from time to time. And from new one we dont play them all. We all play the genre. FPS players rarely play RPGs. All those games they release are not meant for everyone and that's reality. Kids who play GTA5 wont play Tarkov for long. So its all about the games in the end and not pc or console. Unless you are retard who play Toilet Simulator or games like that. Once you grow up you will understand the difference.
playing on both PC and Ps5 the console has an out of the box ready to go advantage, on PC hours can be spent perfecting settings before you can dig your heels in and play a game . between drivers and hours spent to optimize windows for gaming its a chore and having to remap my controller setup for every game or games i want to play not having controller support on pc . Alas i like both ATM streaming from the console is so much easier for a PC idiot like me
I have been playing competetive gaming on PC for years and casual console for a little while on PS5. PS5 is running smooth and its very quiet but...
For me, if i really wanna focus, win and do my best i play on the PC. Aiming is by FAR better for me with MnK. im way more connected to whats going on.
When i play console i sit in a nicer room, im availble for social interaction with family, great sound from my speakers. im chilling more but i generally stay away from FPS games since i do horrible and play stuff like Elden ring, POE, Souls games, horror/RPG and stuf like that. I do try WZ once in awhile but i get insanely fustrated by the aiming and controlling
I game on PC and console and the cost of getting into PC gaming is outrageous. I'm generally someone that sticks to budget prebuilds and used consoles. I'm not much of a M&K dude either, it's gotta be a controller for me.
you can't choose between one or the other as a gamer you have to have both
If I had money even for oneđ
Get both.... but if youre on a budget, a console can give a you decent gaming experience for $500. you dont have to worry about specs and components as everyrhing is ready out of the box
If you got money to burn, then get a beefy high end PC..but there are also some exclusive games on the consoles that are worth playing especially if you like story driven games
Why not both
Back in the 80's-90's when I first got into gaming PC's were the way to go because with a small bit of perseverance you could get any game you wanted FREE!!! TONS of games. Not so on the consoles. Once the PS3 and Xbox 360 came along consoles became more practical. The games got better and BIGGER!!! One could still download the PC games but it could take days-weeks and then found out one of the files was corrupt. Then you might have to upgrade one or more PC components, RAM, processor, motherboard, hard drive, sound card, etc. to play these bigger better games. Some of the games downloaded would crash or not work!!! Was it a bad copy? PC configuration? A bad, incompatible PC component? A combination? Anyway I went over to consoles because you install the game from CD and it just worked!!!!!!
Im watching this because idk if i should build a new pc or get a playstation 5 (I already have a pc).
What PC would you guys recommend for the utmost top tier gameplay I have a few thousand to spend and donât wanna buy one I have to keep upgrading like you mentioned rather get the best of the best build it and be happy and never think about spending $1,000 for gaming again ?
You'll have to keep upgrading any pc if you want a "best of the best" build. New cpu, gpu etc come out every year.
I can try to help I have built PC's for 6+ years. So your budget is 3k or do you want it lower ? Also every PC gamer knows you don't have to keep spending money every year to have the best of the best cause you don't have to keep upgrading every year or 2 unless you want to that's one of the reasons why PC is great among many other reason's.
@@justwait9822 false, especially with dlss becoming more and more advanced which means any 20 or 30 series can run games way better than befre
@Ceilaz Exactly thank you I don't have a problem with Console players at all just the Console peasant ones cause they keep saying the same lies about PC it gets old. I stopped arguing with Console peasants I just answer to people that have PC questions, issues, budgets etc. but yeah I'm glad your one of the people that understand why PC is better and cheaper in the long run especially since yeah your old hardware can be sold for way more then a old Console can be sold for plus your old parts will make someone else very happy.
I have both a pc and a ps5. And honestly the ps5 doesn't really compete imo. Playing on 1440p high refresh rate just spoiled me that going back to like 1080p 60fps/120 felt awful. But like you said you have to spend big bucks to get that experience compared to console, which are around mid tier pcs now.
Bruh, ps5 can run 4k 120fps. What are you talking about?
@@iwancarnifex yeah on 120fps on like non demanding games lmao. Plus if you weren't a fanboy, you would know it isn't true 4k.
@@iwancarnifex no it can't lmao. it doesn't even do 4k 60 on half the games. it only runs 4k aswell because it's dynamic resolution so the game doesn't even look as good as normal 4k. dying light 2 ur capped at 1080p 60fps yikes
@@iwancarnifex The PS5 can't run games at 4K 120 fps, when you choose the 120fps option the resolution is lowered to 1080p (and in some cases 1440p)
For me there are only 2 reasons exclusives and the size of the online community.
I would still prefer an expensive laptop over expensive console, you can do so much more with a PC hardware than with console hardware. There is no company restricting you to what you get for free and what you have to pay for. Using consoles feels like having shackles on and being locked away from anything interesting without paying money, often more than you'd pay (or already paid) on PC.
Laptop ahahah what the fuck only 30 year old play on laptops lol weirod
I play on pc and use a controller its not all just keyboard and mouse
monthly fee for online access i a deal breaker for me regarding consoles .. also the controllers are expensive af
I don't know how to build one
Short answer, yes console is fine but its generally only for the casual gamer. if you want the best of the best go for pc. also its not JUST for gaming, its a pc. if you work from home having a pc that can do it all is super convenient.
Well i like playin alone and have fun casually but i dont have so much bugdet. In turkey they r very expensive. So i m not sure wot i ll buy.
BTW Battle beaver is the only way to go if you play controller on PC
I'm not sure about the PS5, but the Series X/S can be used with a kb/m.
I just switched
I'm trying to find someone to help me build my PC
