    日式火腿粟米包(10個)
    高筋麵粉 200克
    糖 20克
    鹽 2克
    即溶酵母 2克
    全蛋液 20克
    飲用水 115克
    無鹽牛油 18克
    火腿片 10片
    粟米粒/玉米粒 適量
    蛋黃醬/沙律醬 適量
    乾芫茜碎 適量
    *預熱
    *烘烤190度 15分鐘
    備註:
    1. 冬天天氣(低於15度)宜用暖水. 夏天天氣(高於30度)宜用冰水.
    2. 每個焗爐/烤箱有自己的個性, 可按其個性調節溫度和時間.
    Japanese Style Ham & Corn Bread (10pc)
    Bread flour 200g
    Sugar 20g
    Salt 2g
    Instant yeast 3g
    Egg liquid 20g
    Drinking water 115g
    Unsalted butter 18g
    Ham 10pc
    Corn kernels some
    Mayo some
    Dry parsley flakes some
    *Preheat
    *Bake 190C 15min
    Remarks:
    1. Use luke warm liquid if weather is cold (lower than 15C). Use icy liquid if weather is hot (higher than 30C).
    2. Individual oven might have different characteristics, adjust baking temperature and time accordingly.

    你好,我有些不明白的地方想问问~一般第一发酵温度在于20多度,如果放入面团在第一发酵盖着湿布放入一杯热水在烤箱那温度是不是在40度了?谢谢!
