    Mental health is something we neglect every time because it doesn't show any major symptoms like we have any physical illness. Also our society judge us so much that if we just talk about visiting a mental therapist they will consider us as an insane...😢

    I m a very Stressful person n a overthinker too. I'm a girl, so i recently found that my stressed lifestyle give me a gift called PCOD. After covid i had very irregular cramps till today under medication. And recently my doc give me to Ultrasound it bcz all the symptoms found that i hv pcod. And the major symptom is stressful lifestyle. My stress is related to fear of being a less below than average student, conflicts with family where they think that i m guilty and dont listen to my side.. Talk rudely and fear of not doing worthy work and a failure in career. I'm every young girl whose mother said to compromise yur self in family just like she did btwn fight with father.. I'm a every young girl who is not doing much good. I'm a young girl pursuing mathematics hons from delhi university.

    I m having cholesterol, i m having extreme hairfall
    I m also having premature greying of hair , face is filled with acne, and also i m overweight.

      First of all I think u should concentrate on weight loss, once your health is good cholesterol and other things will reduce even I was same like you , but after one year I feel too much improvement in my health , I usually have headaches, suggest you to concentrate on health, other things will be get also fine all the best

    I am 24 year old,i was fit and healthy till 2022. Afterthat i failed 3 competitive exam simultaneously and then taking lots of stress and afterthat my BP become high, chest pain happened, spondylitis and some nerve issues happened. My physical health decrease day by day 🙃 but i can't control anything.
    My grandmother take less medicine than me..🙂

      I've been through many health issues past 3 years. Brain stroke ,coma and many more. Music helped me in stress management.Please listen spiritual music in the morning it definitely helps.
      I listen Hanuman chalisa every morning. It brings so much positivity.

    The thing is STRESS is a natural thing, we can't avoid it but the key is to, 'How to manage it' And what I do is just MEDITATE and become physically active (as mentioned in the video). Meditation has worked miracles for me, I have been developing this habit for the past few months. Now I can meditate for at least 3-4 times a week and I can clearly see changes in my life. It not only helps you manage stress better but also helps you overcome ANXIETY and OVERTHINKING. So I highly recommend practicing meditation!

    I am 16, Yes stress is very harmful for our physical and mental health.
    On 29th Feb I was having my chemistry HSC board exam and due to stress of exam my blood pressure increased to 150+ and pulse rate to 110. It was very disturbing that day but now I am totally fine after some medication. So please don't take stress and live life with happiness and whenever you feel stressed go and meditate for at least 15 min.

    I would like to share one learning from this amazing book "How to stop worrying and start living"
    if you get worried about something then just do these three things
    1) Write down the problem on paper
    2) Think about the worst can happen
    3) Now try to solve it to get least impact of it
    as your mind already knows the worst then it wouldn't worry that much and will try to find a way out of it.
    It really works for me hope will work for all others

      Writing down really helps in decluttering the brain... It is really worth trying... i also Write down all the overthinking ..
      Also meditation mantra chanting or repeating any name of God while meditating also help to calm down :)

    5 hours before the 10th board exam I had a seizure attack cause of stress, later for 11 class preparation 3 times
    I was diagnosed with depression at the age of 16. 8-13 medication till today's date. Visited a therapist and many Doctors, and read books but the stress continued Currently class 12 boards are going on it's disheartening to see the situation falling from my hands. Scared of percentages.
    I do not know when I'll be able to manage stress efficiently

    i know everything was temporary but aapko chahe kitna bhi pta hi kayi chiajai 10 saal baad matter nhi kregi but aap apne mind se wo jo aapke present chal me rha hai wo kese nikal paugo kyuki aane wale 10 saal toh kisine bhi nhi dhekai jo hai wo toh present me hai na abhi bhaiya pressure gale pe nhi abhi pad rhe dimag kai pressure se suicide thoughts aate hai

    You guys are awesome. Keep up with your great insight on such topics. The problem with Stress sometimes is that if you keep on over thinking then taking stress becomes a habit. Which has to be stopped by self. Koi bhi kitna bhi bole, kitna bhi support karle, akir mai aapko he himmat karke apne mind ko calm karna hai and sahi sochna hai. Aisa karne sai aapko aur sirf aapko farak padta hai😊

    I really needed this as a 12th grader. Abhi boards chal rahe hai. Kal biology ka paper hai..
    I had a surgery 2 weeks ago For a cyst toh mera preparation for the past 1 year was not good because of the pain.. Tension toh hoti hai.. Par 10 mahine baad I don't think koi puchega ki 12th mein kitna rakha hai maine..

    I totally agree.
    I was myself under medication since 2021 March till mid 2023 due to stress.
    Our Vedic Scriptures talk in elaborate detail about mind, its functioning and how its prone to the ill effects of sinful reactions even after performing our daily actions dutifully. Mental health management should be taught in schools and included in the course curriculum.
    What's the benefit of a materialistic country which is losing her youths in the hands of pre-mature death. The government will be left with less population to govern and will bang empty vessels.

    There should be one video for the awareness of neurological problems (like epilepsy, brain stroke and others) in our country and how this makes survival even more difficult.. I myself have been having epilepsy for more than 15 years and it makes me fully dependent on others in every single moment of my life.. and hospital visits make it more difficult.
    Please spread awareness on this topic too.. please

    Stress torcher karne se bhi aataa hai
    Or tension us baat ka hota hai ki Jo karna tha vo na hua ho or kuch galat ho Gaya ho.
