    Thank you in advance.
    My View My Opinion, is a commentary podcast. Everything I share is my personal opinion and is NOT to be taken as a fact. I observe public events, etc. and comment on them.

    FAQ:
    Who are you and what is your name?
    My name is My View My Opinion (MVMO) & I am a Podcaster, on CZcams. Due to safety concerns on the internet, I do not share my personal information anymore and I ask that others respect this. Also, I'm against the cult of personality & the promotion of self. I have no desire to "make a name" for myself. That's odd in this day & time I know, because most strive for this. Too many folks make themselves the center of attention instead of helping others first & allowing the information they share be the focus of folks attention. Many crave applause, acceptance, & "fans & followers". I believe in letting the information take center stage.
    Why don't you show your face?
    My CZcams channel is host to my podcast. However, I do make on camera appearances from time to time & have many times in the past- as this is how my channel started, with me on camera talking about whatever. And for those who always ask, yes, I am a black woman, LOL!!!!

    Their podcast is just a rant fest. It is the equivalent of Monique going out and doing "comedy" only to rant about all her grievances. Nope.

    Most podcasts today are manufactured conversations that are going all around the internet. Being unique, and original in this day and age is rare.

    As a Christian Black woman, I felt that he put his wife life in jeopardy. He could have given her AIDS or HIV. I felt that he was not being truthful about everything that we saw on the news and CNN NEWS immediately fired him as a Political Contributor.
    His wife was at home when that story broke about him taking care of their 3 children. While he was using drugs and having Gay sex. I truly believe that his wife agreed to that Tamara Hall interview because, they needed the money to feed their children. I have no respect for Andrew and will not be following their podcast.

    Hey, I really like the podcast and the chemistry between the hosts. I agree, with you Andrew’s testimony was quite theatrical, to say the least. However, that doesn’t detract from the overall conversations and educational value, especially in terms of political awareness, that the show provides. They discuss hot political topics in the same format as many other shows, and someone who may not be politically aware could potentially learn a lot about current events. It’s definitely worth checking out. In my opinion.

    • @mvmochannel
      @mvmochannel  Před 4 měsíci +8

      Key- to the not politically aware. Those of us who are, won't be interested in it because it doesn't provide "value" to or for us. So maybe the ppl you mention is their target audience, which excludes me & tons of others. Everyone needs something so it's great the uninformed will have them.

    Andrew Gilliam definitely is playing in our faces...disingenuous & lying definitely living a double life. 100% agree Tiffany was terrible on TV..cussing, fussing and ghetto on MSNBC but it was all the bosses. I'm done with it too.

    I thought it was just me, that was the most long winded “testimony” ever. I felt like Andrew was talking in circles. No accountability. I lost interest when he told his experience. He speaks well but the lack of accountability is a total turn off, but I really do like Tiffany Cross. I think she would be better on a different platform.

  • @pat8763
    @pat8763 Před 4 měsíci +12

    Andrew's crocodile tears were embarrassing. I felt nothing while listening to his "testimony." I think his wife is just going thru the motions to maintain her lifestyle. That man is definitely gay not Bi. It's only a matter of time before he has another slip-up.

    • @belinda6533
      @belinda6533 Před 4 měsíci +4

      Trust his wife is not going through any motions. She is trying as best she can to raise her children and preserve a marriage. That woman does not deserve heat or judgement. Keep the heat on Andrew he is the creator of their situation. Pray for her discernment.

    I share your sentiments. I am so disappointed. I was excited to hear Tiffany- I enjoyed her tv show- but the podcast is just not interesting & informative. They don’t have chemistry and I find Andrew oily. I unfollowed it & moved on. Like you- I wish them success.

    It didn’t even take until Andrew’s “testimony”, I saw that when they were on the breakfast club when Charlamagne asked him a question regarding his story, he bs’d his answer there as well 🤨
    I am also unfortunately steadily losing interest.

    1) I could not get into The Native Land Podcast because of Lenard McKelvey's involvement in the project.
    2) While I wish Angela, Tiffany and Andrew the best in their personal journey, I didn't really care for the testimony segment clips I heard. I just wanted an objective political podcast.

      But that’s the problem. He’s not “owning” it. He has taken no accountability for his actions. We’re suppose to believe him and not our own eyes (referring to photos of inside the hotel room). 🤦🏾‍♀️

    I like Angela Rye, that's it! Can't stand Charlamane and don't give a darn what he thinks. I was excited about the podcast but like you I lost interest after the 3rd podcast. I really couldn't figure out why until I saw this video. So sad. I was rooting for this crew. I'm moving on.

    Ditto, but I didn't have a problem with his rationale for running again. In fact I agree with it based on what's good for the goose is good for the gander.
    That said, his testimony was straight-up lies, Angela's facial expressions took me out.
    I still like them all, but I don't have the bandwidth for them on a consistent basis for much of what you said why.

      I love all three of the hosts on Native Land. They have fantastic chemistry and interesting perspectives on a variety of topics. I believe Andrew deserves grace for his shortcomings in the previous years. I thought he took responsibility for his actions, and he should be allowed to move forward without the stigma of his past actions hanging over his head.

    I am giving them a chance I think it’s too soon to write them off. There’s too many talking points from others podcast who don’t even speak for young people of color who are interested in politics. I’m really supporting for Tiffany Cross. I will say Angela tends to take over which I hope she eventually stop otherwise I’ll keep listening. I didn’t listen to Andrew’s testimony but on the podcast he tends to be the voice of reason.

      It's too soon for you to write them off, not others. You may need to hear more, others may not. There's nothing wrong with either. This was about what I think, I wasn't speaking "for others"

    I listened to quite a few episodes, and they gloss over lots of inconvenient facts about a lot of things. They also make a lot of unsubstantiated claims and take statistics out of context. What put the nail in the coffin for me was their advocacy for Marilyn Mosby. They left out a lot of key facts that led to her conviction to paint her as a victim. No accountability, full time victomhood.
