Guys season 7 is only a week away!!
So this idea had been stuck in my head for a long time. Originally I wanted to explore the relationship between all three of them but it turned in a compilation of Padme and Anakin parenting Ahsoka. Since I already uploaded a Anidala video last week I am fine with that. I did try to include all the scenes that I could find where they are basically like a family, so I did include some conversations between Anakin and Padme. but primarily it focuses on Ahsoka's relationship with them both.
Although Anakin is definitely the number one parent figure in Ahsoka's life I wouldn't say that Padme is number two. But since Anakin and Padme are married I think it is fair to say that she basically her mom. I do want to make a video with all of Ahoska's parents but for now, I used only those two.
Seeing the two actings as parents is one of the things I love in The Clone Wars. It really gives you an idea of the live Luke and Leia could have had. It also shows perfectly how Anakin is incapable of not forming attachment and letting go as well as Padme really wanting to be a mom. Anyway, I love these three together...
I didn't include Darth Vader because I wanted this to be as happy as possible.
All in all I am really happy with the outcome but I am aware that it is not the best editing I ever did. And that is simply because my main focus was on including the whole scenes/conversations. I still tried my best to make it look pretty and feel smooth but yeah, you have been warned.
One last thing: just imagine Leia Skywalker as Ahsokas Padwan. It is not really related to the video but just imagine...

I've always honestly felt like Anakin and Padme see Ahsoka as their adopted daughter, so you could look as Ahsoka as a Skywalker too. But those are just my thoughts
I feel like Ahsoka was more of a little sister to Anakin. Also, they’re only like 6 years apart so I wouldn’t say she’s a daughter to him but more of a sister.

I think we all agree that they are family. The whole TCW (Ahsoka, Anakin, Rex, Obi-Wan, Padme) family has multiple dynamics. For example, Anakin and Ahsoka are like brother and sister and they are like father and daughter. And don't even get me started on the dynamics Obi-Wan and Ahsoka fit. Especially with the different age gaps, it makes it complicated to say that they just fit one dynamic! The fact is that Anakin and Padme definitely parented her! If as adoptive parents or big siblings is up to everyone to interpret themselves :D

@@waterwater2391 In the book 'Ahsoka' you can read her knowing all of the Jedi are dead and that she cannot sense anyone, searching for Anaki ns energy but failing to find him. She is also aware of Padme's death. Then in 'Rebels' she finds out who Vader truly is, so she knows his fate.
But at least she saw Anakin again. She didn't get a chance to see Padme since her trial.

Padmes role in this show is criminally underrated.
I don’t know about that. Seems the series focuses on Ahsoka more than any other character including Anakin. Or until she leaves at least! Rebels however, she was almost an afterthought completely. A couple important appearances to explain how such weak Jedi survived the things she helped them through.

Because Anakin wanted a father. Never had one. Obi Wan saw Anakin as a brother but in their relationship, he was just a detached teacher who couldn't see or properly address the way he was progressing, and without the familial intimacy Anakin and Padme showed Ahsoka. Qui Gonn is who Anakin needed. And Obi Wan was too immature to be a fatherly figure himself at that time.
Not counting Luke, Obi Wan and Ahsoka are the full package Jedi. Though as teachers... Anakin is the only one who has proven himself to be the only GREAT Master to a Padawan. Other masters got political, but for the sake of the Jedi Order perhaps they had to, and no one could see how fucked they all were. Obi Wan saw it but recognized he had to tow the party line because he would make an impact the best he could. Ahsoka continued to dedicate herself to missions that stood for something good, and Anakin desire to protect his attachments made him blind to that having no qualms to the method, eventually makes the cruelty the only remaining characteristics and what you deem as being deserving of that will soon comprise everyone and everything that exists. You just can't see where it becomes more bad than good, so emotionally wise Jedi know to never start on that path.
At least we got to see Padme and Anakin as parents, even for a little while 🥺

Siblings* but she deserves to be called a Skywalker too in my opinion. She has done more for the Skywalker family than Ray.
It brings tears to my eyes that Ahsoka was the one actually raised by Anakin and Padme. They never got to raise their own two kids, so she was the closest thing to a child they really had. We saw in season 7 how much she always cared about him when she said “Skywalker academy” and “my older brother taught me how to fight.” She really was part of the Skywalker kin.
Ahsoka is a skywalker through and through, shes like their little sister/adopted daughter and their relation is beautiful I wish it didn’t end how it did. The fact that Rey called herself a skywalker is ridiculous when she’s just a sloppy wannabe Ahsoka. Couldn’t even come close to her

@@manuturgoose1716 To scale, and age wise, Ahsoka was much stronger. If 19/20 yr old Ahsoka met Rey, (That's how old Rey was.) And obviously if Ahsoka had her lightsabers, she would slap Rey. She was good against Vader and Rey could only stand up to Kylo. Rey just seemed powerful at that time because all of the force sensitives were much weaker than the times of the republic except for maybe Luke. I'm not really dissing Rey, I don't hate her as much I know a lot of people do, but I much prefer Ahsoka.
honestly Rey is a Skywalker when it comes to Luke ad Leia, but Ashoka is a Skywalker when it comes to Padme and Anakin...you cant really compare them as such. Honestly Rey would have been such an amazing character if she wasn't made by Disney..

The sequels are absolute trash. Literally everything in the is tilted towards everyone’s “feelings” in modern times. Destroyed the Skywalker legacy then try to save it by having Rey take the name that was never offered on screen? Disney couldn’t have screwed this up any worse if that was their intention.
Oh, and bring back the same villain meaning Anakin served virtually no purpose? Even his bloodline did nothing more than revive Rey and die. SMDH

I’ve always loved Ashoka...her chemistry with Padmé, Anakin, and even the clones were amazing, and admirable.

ahsoka hands down will always be my favorite character from clone wars. shes cute, adorable, and funny as well. she truly had a lovely family: anakin (brother), plo koon (father), obi-wan (uncle), padme (mother or aunt), and rex (cousin). sad to see what could have been an adorable family...

I wish that instead of the Martez sisters, Ahsoka got one last arc with Padme before going to Mandalore with Bo-Katan.

Imagine that two siblings lost their parents: the youngest is a preteen (Ahsoka), the older is barely an adult (Anakin), since the older brother is adult in charge, he has to start patenting his little sister to make sure that she grown up to become responsible, independent and successful adult. I think that's the best way to explain their relationship

Anakin and Padmé may have not gotten the chance to raise Luke and Leia, but they did get to help raise Ahsoka.
It’s so sad to think how Ahsoka most likely finds out that even after everything Anakin kills Padme. I love these three and I miss them all dearly.

Also anakin in the one that choked her while she was pregnant, she hit her head hard, pregnant with THERE kids, and she was very heartbroken so those thing all adding together it technically is anakins fault

I love this. Most people say that Anakin and Ahsoka were like brother and sister, but I've always thought that there was a father-daughter bond between them. I dunno, it seemed to me like Anakin acted very fatherly towards her.

I agree with the brother/sister view of their relationship. In another of these compilation videos, a character asked Ahsoka where she learned a particular skill and she says her big brother taught her, which is most likely referring to Anakin.
I can just imagine Luke and Leia watching this and being heartbroken and jealous that they never got this from their parents.

Edit: Like Rey didnt even know Anakin. Didnt know Luke all that well, she knew Leia but she technically went as Organa (or maybe Solo). She knew Ben but hes a Solo. Also her parents died for her but she ditched her last name because boo hoo my grandpa is evil.

This just perfectly captures the bond they had, but were never meant to have... George Lucas is 100% right, Star Wars is a tale about family. Its so sad, and even though its just a story it does prove that we should always be there for the ones we love... Always.

2:46 i found this scene so sad yet heartwarming. Anakin didnt even hesitate about the possibility of dying if that meant he haved his friends and the ones he loved. He knew he couldve died but pushed the back and made sure that wass was sealed before he tried to save himself
