It's about 4 and a half minutes in. They turn on the music and everyone begins dancing to this weird cryptocurrency pop song with lyrics that try and urge you to invest because it'll make you rich and stuff.
At one point you can clearly see a small child in the crowd on stage and dancing with her father, presumably because he thinks that Bitconnect will secure a stable financial future for her. Really feel sorry for her since she's probably been screwed over by now through no fault of her own.
There definitely was a crowd. This whole thing looks like one of those events people running a scam will invite large amounts of potential victims to in order to trick them into thinking it's perfectly legitimate and then use peer pressure and crowd influence to soften people up into giving them money.
