same layout, different process, ARCHITECT VS INTERIOR DESIGNER

hello designers! how is it going? it's been a while as always haha!
my husband and I created a video together, I will be posting timestamps shortly.
in this video, we talk about different space planning methods as an interior designer and architect. Also, we have the same layout and we discussed it out loud so you get a glimpse inside our brains while designing. my husband graduated on 2013 and I on 2014 and we have been in the career field even before that.

Hi Aseel,
I'm an interior design student currently and my space planning professor is an Architect. Loved the side by side conversation about the revisions you would both make to the existing floorplan. I also had the same idea of swapping the living room and dining room locations. Extending the left kitchen wall over a bit to create extra space in the kitchen. I would have also liked to remove the partition wall near the front entrance and keep the entrance open into the communal spaces and love that you have a view of the back window in the kitchen from the front door.
