I agree with that but he’s also based of a toad, which is an amphibian. On the other hand, the rain he creates is acid rain, not regular rain. He was also built for agriculture.

ok, could you explain why pirateman if it is in the video, if it is an explosive robot master and burstman did not include it because it is explosive robot master.
Pirate man is very aquatic robot even if his weapon is explosive it doesn't mean that he is explosive ,burst man is explosive because he has chemical substances for explosive ,do you know this colour water in his stage this water is chemical explosive substances, acid man has also coloured water but not explosive one

If you include Venus as an Aquatic Robot Master, you should count Burst Man as well.
I added Venus because he is a aquatic, theme burst man is pretty much explosive even if Venus still use bubble bomb Venus still count as water because his stage is water unlike burst man which has chemical substances not actual water

But the bubbles explode and are chemical, not just water. The reason why he’s weak to the Scorch Wheel and Freeze Cracker is because bubbles need a suitable temperature to maintain form, while water can maintain its form regardless of if the temperature hot or cool. Notice how I said cool, not cold, as water freezes when it gets cold. I think the bubbles he has in his stage are also chemical. I mean, there is a bunch of flasks the background of his stage.

@@Crobert24 felt like he should have been time and/or space since he teleports( which according to the manga is him running at the speed of light), and stopping time.
He should be. I’m more content with saying he’s that. He uses bombs for his weapon and is weak to a fire weapon. I don’t think his boss fight being in water makes him aquatic.

Don't believe me? Look in megaman legacy collection 2 and look In the museum of megaman 9. There you will see some beta designs of all megaman 9 robot masters.
It's in these designs you might find female hornet man and male splash woman.
