VICTA Tilt-A-Cut Lawn Edge Trimmer - Will it Start?

I picked up this VICTA Tilt-A-Cut a few months back at a Garage Sale (some may say Yard Sale) as part of a bundle purchase with a few other Lawn Mowers and have just left it in the back of the shed without doing anything with it.
The VICTA Tilt-A-Cut is a machine dedicated to Edging Lawns and features a classic VICTA 2 stroke engine as it's power plant. Whilst I have had many VICTA Lawn Mowers I have never ever owned or maintained a VICTA Tilt-A-Cut.

Great video Drew....What a great machine thats been kept out of the weather and looked after.....I have one my self and the only difference is mine has white handle bars....I had a second one which I repaired and gave to my cousin.....they just keep going.!
