Kansas has many great songs. They have been one of my favorites since I was a teenager, and I'm 62 now. The "Point of no return" album has Dust in the wind. An absolute MUST HEAR.

It was really fun to watch you experience this wonderful band for the first time. I got to see this tour and have seen them about five times throughout the years and as recently as 5 years ago. RIP Robbie Steinhardt.

80's rock has yet to be matched in the music industry till this day. I graduated high school in 1980 and was very fortunate to live and enjoy this music as a young adult. 😊😊

This song is so much fun to try playing on guitar hero...😅 my boys taught me and I loved playing the bass guitar on it. I grew up on this song and passed it on to my boys who were young teens then. I still listen to this all the time. Love it...

Back in the day when this was hot for some reason Kansas NEVER played in Nebraska. I lived there so a buddy and I had to go to
Red Rocks (Colorado/God's Cathedral). Very well worth the trip and a nice ride on a couple of Harleys with our girls.
I've seen them since then with the new band members in Reno (former Harrah's outdoor venue) Still killin' it.
I still have this LP./Album.
"Point of Know Return" and "Dust in the Wind" are two other awesome songs from that era 45 years ago.

Yeah, sweetie..Kansas didn't record much (I Think only 3 LP's?), But what they put out was some very creative and beautiful stuff-The other singer with the beard was also a great violinist and they had two guys that played keys, then you add the bad-azz guitar..Great talent mix. Try another gem by them-"Point of know return"
3? you are totally off base, try 16 studio LPs, they are still making music.
@@gregolsen3801 Their prime period though was without a doubt their first "5" albums where they produced not only their 2 most well know classics "Carry On Wayward Son" and "Dust in the Wind" but also beautiful, poetic and awesome tracks like "Icarus: Borne on Wings of Steel", "Child of Innocence", "The Wall", "Miracles Out of Nowhere", "Closet Chronicles", "Hopelessly Human" and many others. A tremendous band. And yes, there have been 27 albums over almost 50 years and quite a few changes in the bands line-up, but NOTHING can beat the albums they produced between 1974 and 1977. Of course this is only one persons opinion and I respect everyone else's. After all, _we find meaning where we can_ and in the end, _it's what you value._
