Inside a Michigan home, Timothy Ferguson spent his spare time exploring his creativity with legos. The 15-year-old boy had special needs and found his creative outlet by building his masterpieces piece by piece in his bedroom. However, Timothy's fun would be cut short for what his family deemed to be "punishment." Ultimately, the punishment turned into torture and would lead to his tragic death in July 2022. What investigators uncovered would disturb detectives working on the case. Timothy's older brother, Paul Ferguson, became a prime suspect in what prosecutors called the worst case they've ever seen. Get the disturbing details on this episode of Law&Crime Interrogations when Paul Ferguson takes a seat in the interrogation room.

He was a tool for her to use for more torture. I hope that prison life is very harsh for that woman for what she did to both these boys.
The father needs to be in jail as well for sending Timothy back to live with her knowing full well that she was not allowed to be near any of the children. But he did not want to deal with a handicap child so sent him to his death knowing full well what his ex was like.

Evil people! Why do that to an innocent child? He had autism he was developmentally delayed… be so fr. What is wrong with these people? He’s just a precious baby… wow. People who do evil things to children are messed up. Like beyond repair.

OK Shanda had four children with her ex-husband. She had her son Nolan, Paul Timothy and they also have a daughter and then she got with someone else and had Gabriel and then she married her second husband and he is not Gabriel’s biological father.

His nails are even long in this video. He doesn’t cut his nails. The bumps on Timothy’s head… Paul did that.

Paul was just is much a victim of his mother deranged mind as his brother. He was autistic as well and groomed by their mother to be her tool in the torture of her younger son. The fact that he was given 30 years in prison is an appalling miscarriage of justice. He should have been in a debriefing, therapeutic and reeducational program in a psychiatric institution so he could have the possibillity to become a functioning and independent individual. Horrifing.

So, TWO doctors were wrong about this pos? Nah, Paul KNEW exactly what he was doing. He also abused Timothy for years BEFORE he went to live with his “momma” at the age of 18. Paul AND his mother are sick f*cks!
Edit to add: you’re right 30 years is appalling, he should’ve got life without parole!

The narrating is off putting. The over narrating is ruining the video. You don’t need to narrate the obvious. Let the video play ffs.

I think Paul is on the spectrum as well, just not to the extent that Timothy was. Their mother killed two boys, not just one. But that wasn’t her intent; she wanted to continue torturing Timothy forever because that was her source of gratification. For all her so-called intelligence, she couldn’t use it to foresee her own fate.

That young man also looks like he has had a lot of weight loss I believe his mom not only was makin him do things to his brother but made him believe she really cared for them an what he was doin was helping. Only if that young man called police for help neither him or that baby would be in this situation. So sad mom made one son help her abuse her other son n he went along with it instead of putting a stop to it before letting that baby suffer.
