I think for Luigi’s mansion 3 I’d go with the boss battle in the movie set area cause I remember that being pretty epic. Maybe you could make a list of the most frustrating boss battles?
For Mario party star rush, I say blooper is the best for me, because the fight, is a rhythm fight, I find rhythm fights to be very fun and I like how blooper is a constructor, bonus points there
Handaconda from the Origami King is a fun boss. On the first half, you have to rescue Olivia. On the second half, you play rock, paper, scissors. Also the music is a great fit for it. It really does sound like a snake.

I was wondering why you skipped over Yoshi’s Wooly World and Crafted World, but then I remembered. Oh right! Mario isn’t actually in those games except through amiibo costumes. Naval Piranha was my favorite from Wooly World and while I did not play Crafted World, Burt the Ball seemed pretty interesting. Great List BTW!

With his backstory he’s certainly the most satisfying, _narratively_ to beat, because you feel like you’re taking down someone truly reprehensible, but I agree with Nin10do that Cortez is overall the best boss fight. Challenging, but never cheap, great design, and a sinister presence throughout the chapter with deep ties to some of the characters that the Chapter is focusing on, Cortez is sure to be the favorite of many people who have played and/or completed the game.

I think you missed Mario Party 4. Most of the Mario Party games only have a single Bowser fight at the end, so since its the only one, it is automatically the best fight, but in MP4 you actually battle the board hosts in a mini game to move on. It may not be a direct fight, but in my opinion it still counts.
Cosmic adventure DK is home to a hard track. But my fav boss battle in MVDK Mini Land Mayhem Cosmic Adventure VS. DK plus because no area in the fight is safe.
