It might take a bit of tuning. Needle position, jets etc. but when it’s dialed in, they rip! I’m pretty impressed with the quality. Considering trying to mount one on my sons TTR110, it’s very sluggish in its stock form.
I have this carb , 24mm flanged on a 212cc tillotson and I can't get it to NOT bog or surge for the life of me! real close to sending back and trying a mikuni lol. 212cc tillotson... tried 35-0 pilot and 105-120main...clip on all 5 positions over a week span....bike still parked. Any ideas? I know its a different engine but I'm at a lossfor ideas at this point. full trottle is ok but just up off idle at cruising speed any gas inputs and it just starts cutting and surging. full throttle and it clears up and goes
I can’t remember. I know it came with a few options. I originally mounted on a 90cc and it was way too much carb. When I mounted on the 125 it ran really good. Very nice idle and snappy. I always had a bit of hesitation, but I think it was a valve adjustment on this bike.
Just ordered me one can’t wait to see how it is on my RZF

Do you happen to know what the guts are jetting wise ? Pilot ? Etc. I have the same carb but don’t know where to start with the jetting on my 125
I can’t remember. But i ended up putting them back to the original jets they came with it.

You need a bigger carburator for a 212
@@fabianneuhauser4772 carb size has to do with valve size. And a 24mm nibbi is plenty for a Tillitson 212. Most people are running a 22mm
Pleez I need four a pit bike complete engine ftting
What jets
