Matt Dunn has dominated pro lacrosse for close to a decade at this point. He took home Defensive Player of the Year in 2018 and 2020 and was an all-star six times in his career. The 6’3 225 product out of Maryland has proven to be a lockdown defender. You do not see many players at his size with such elite levels of footwork and speed. In his PLL career, he had never scored a goal until last weekend against the Waterdogs where he scored 2 goals. He also racked up 3 caused turnovers and 2 groundballs. Today I am going to show what makes Matt Dunn so good.
