I played in high school 15 years ago and am stunned by the defense I see now. Its not good. Sticks not up, late or no slides, and ducking out of the way of shots.... My coaches would be going nuts.

I play in an adult beer league which typically results in man coverage. What is the best way to play as a long stick for the man at X as off ball positioning?

Collegiately off ball defense is the most important quality coaches value. You can’t always athlete yourself onto the field in college. You need to be a high level player and be able to show you can play in your coach’s scheme. If I focused on off ball play from day 1 and not my ability to win matchups over all I would have probably had a much more successful career.

Hah , trick question their is no easy way to become a Division 1 lacrosse player. High school athletes, YOU CAN BECOME A D1 Athlete, but it will not be EASY. Trust in yourself and stay focused, put your name out their and stay on top of your social media networking.

at 3:44 Ramsey gets beat because he’s flat footed and his only option was a trail check. And he was lucky with the trail check because slide wasn’t coming in time. So D-mids don’t be flat footed because trail checks won’t always be there.

You should do a video on the atlas defense it’s stacked with people like Brett maker, Gavin Adler, liam entenmaann, and Tyler carpenter they just defeated my favorite team in the PLL today

They should’ve had it be Liam AND pat, pat obvi had an incredible career/year this year but so did Liam, both were just as impactful on ND as each other
