Pinecone Retards maybe they left it out since it doesn't really make sense. Dingodile is beaten, so the disembodied voice just seems weird.
Wow, compared to Corey Burton's performance of N. Tropy from Wrath of Cortex to N. Sane Trilogy, he's greatly improved with the characters voice.
MeltingMan234 That applies to a lot of the voice actors. N. Gin, N. Brio, Aku Aku, etc. Though, I feel that's it's also better direction.
Clancy Brown was the one who used to do Dr. cortex before Lex Lang took over, Corey Burton never voiced Cortex. He's only done N. Tropy and N. Gin

N-gin looks and sounds so much better now, i mean i can barely stomach him in Crash tag team racing and Crash of the titans, the voice is grating and he just acts irrational. he's much better here sounding siniter and calculating while still retaining the classic voice, i cant Wait to see the Warped bossfight in glorious HD

It wasn't last minute. Coco was playable in Crash 3, even had her own crates and life icon. I think this is just them being a little lazy with it, but it might get fixed before the game drops.
JROKGaming There were still Crash crates in the original Crash 3 too,I think Crash Wrath of Cortex was the only Crash B. game that had Coco crates...•3• :V Also I just recently played Crash 3 and I think I saw Crash crates in it too...:V
Not needed since Coco is basically a reskin of Crash (as dispite having unique death animations, she has the same attacks as Crash did).
Jeremy Riley Yeah,she basically is kinda similar to how she was in MOM. In MOM she was exactly like Crash maybe a few different things. Overall I still like how she is playable though..ever since I was a little I always wanted to fully play as Coco in Crash's levels and now,I get the chance to actually do it..:3

I have to admit that Coco now being playable in all three games was unexpected. They definitely did a good job taking what made the original trilogy iconic and reimagined it with fresh new graphics and adding so many improvements.

Yes, I do know about that but I mean an unequivocal in-game explanation, perhaps in a cutscene (maybe in CB1's ending). I somehow doubt it though, because as far as the cutscenes are concerned, they stack to the original material quite rigorously (there is no mentioning of her in the CB2 opening scene).
Yeah, i also wish that they would explain her sudden disappearance from the franchise better. But like you said, it is highly unlikely, Since the remaster strictly follow the original.

I think they've done well with Coco's animations. they haven't just lazily reskinned crash like one would in the old days. the fact she has her own animations like finding a gem in 1 (iirc, a previous preview video showed Crash belching the gem up. where here coco just has it strapped to her back). and her own Rendition of the Crash Dance which is a nice touch. who doesn;'t love the crash dance? oh that reminds me. there's still a lore bit about tawana that still needs to be wrapped up. Unless Activision and Naughty Dog are accepting the Japanese idea of what happened

Shame you can't play as her in boss and vehicle levels (I assume this also counts for the hog and Polar levels), I assume this also counts for Crash not being able to play Coco's original levels. I hope she can go in to the scuba diving levels. Still, frickin' awesome!

The only thing I dislike is that Coco isn't entirely playable. It would've been cool to see her unused motorcycle attire, and it would've been awesome to see Coco do everything by herself. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed.

Does anyone else find it funny how they actually took notes from the Japanese version of the game regarding the Papu Papu fight? They gave him more hit points and made him faster after every hit.

I am so glad that during the Crash 1 run the boxes are saved once you got a check point and that also means not as much pain like the original Crash 1.
I love that little scene of Cortex zooming in and snatching Tawna at the end of her bonus llevel. I'm also glad they gave the bosses their own warp rooms in 2 instead of having to quickly mash in that special code to be able to re-fight them. And lastly, I hope Fake Crash is still dancing on that little island.

I went to E3 and played the demo there. I picked great wall of China level cause I remember playing that on PlayStation 1 demo discs and I legit got so excited.

The only thing I found bad, was that in Crash 2 you need to jump only 5 times in the box to burst, instead of 10 times as in the original. This mechanic of jumping only 5 times is from Crash 3.
I personally think that's a good thing... takes ages to progress when it's 10 times. They also changed it to 5 in Crash 1 for consistency.
Tekken Centre Had not noticed this in crash 1, it really gets better so it's very annoying to jump 10 times. I thought that in Crash 1 had to jump 10 times, and only in Crash 2 they changed to 5 times. But it gets better, the games become standardized. Same thing with the box counter when you press the triangle, or when you arrive at the end of the stage, now it is the same in all three games.
Seeing Coco trying to get to boss and fall instead brings me back to when Crash trying to get to Coco's stage in the original psone.
I always loved coco and to see her playable in every level? Its like a realization of my ultimate childhood nostalgia.
Great addition :). Making Coco playable throughout the entire trilogy, instead of just Jet-ski, Tigress, Spaceship levels.

I think I saw a walk animation! That is my favorite mechanic in video games!!! They added it! In the original trilogy, it was only in Warped. If you time it right on Crash 2, you could walk out of a spin animation for exactly one step. 👌😍

While I never pictured coco as spinning like Crash does, and I'm sure that laptop is taking a ton of abuse from it, her doing the crash dance is beyond adorable.

I can just imagine a scenario when someone plays a crash 1 level after a lengthy crash 2 level and immediately forgetting that you don't have a slide jump and falling into a dark pit death.

Orient express looks and sounds as amazing as I thought it would be
That single race lose scene from the original where he gets flung back out, looking defeated, still makes me angry to this day. I think it drove me to beat all the story-based games of the Bandicoot series just because of how much I used to be horrible at that SINGLE level. Rip like 200 hours of my childhood.
