- This short clip demonstrate that the Gazelle can be a potent SEAD asset as we took out SA-2 and SA-8 defending an airbase. As long they are able to sneak in close, they can take out key SAM threats in the area. Video is recorded in Engima Cold War Server flying on the blue side.

Yes it is! Try it some time, the SAM will respawn after server restart but at least we helped the fast mover to care less of the SAMs. Plus the journey to get there & to hover behind cover picking out SAMs one by one is the best feeling ever!

Do you nave a playlist for the songs you use in your vids? All your vids have music that really sets the tone.
So far i didn't create any playlist. But that's a good idea, i will compile those into a playlist so it's easier for those who wanted to know which song i use frequently
Loved your video. I notice that there are two sets of SAMS at that airport with two vehicles bearing antenna for each. Is it necessary to take both vehicles out to disable the SAM or is taking out one sufficient to disable it? Also, what's your opinion on hitting AC that land, take off or spawn at the AP (other than Sochi, Tbilisi, Aleppo and King Hussein). Is it taboo or fair game? The !faq only prohibits malicious/excessive spawn camping at FARPS and roadbase bombing. Seems like a "grey" area to me.
Thanks! Yes, we have to take out both of them to totally disable the SAMs. I noticed they will spawn in not long afterwards, but it does give us some time to enjoy SAM free environment around the airbase.
Attacking aircraft that are parked or taxing is up to open discussion. Im actually against it, because i don't like to be at the received end of it. But sometimes it's fun to do that too, hahaha. in actual war, everything is a legitimate target, so i guess it's ok then
@@Rodz88 Thanks. I thought so but wasn't sure. I took one radar out but it was still lobbing missiles at me. Just wasn't sure. Kind of a bummer if they just respawn before server restart. I too get annoyed at campers that shoot at spawning players but my thinking is that it only forces the other team to marshal their resources to take down the camper. Dunno... the jury is still out on that one for me. Until Enigma comes straight out to declare that tactic to be legit, you'll always have players gripping about it.
Lol, I was in a situation just like that. I sat it down in a group of buildings. Two 21's turned back and did a gun run on me.
Oh yeah. I didn't upload all my failed attempts. It's either i got intercepted on the way there or i got shot down while attempt to hover near the target area.
That's make a successful strike very rewarding. We know how hard to pull this off. Despite all the bad reviews about Gazelle, as long you know it's capabilities & make real use of it. It's a fun experience
I’m curious because I saw someone in the forums talk about using the Saitek Farm Side Panel for the gazelle weapons. What are your thoughts? Seems like and interesting concept

how is enigma's cold war balanced? how does a mig 15 counter an F-14? is the mig-15 hopelessly outmatched to a point of redundancy?
Emmm.. actually i will pick my fight if im in the Mig-15. Sometime i will just leave if i know i wont survive the merge. But many times i down Mig-29 in my F-5 when they got too cocky.
