ADVOCACY EXAM PRACTICE : PERSONAL INJURY; INTERIM PAYMENT

Hey guys welcome back onto my channel! 😬
Here is my official practice for my exam!! This was back in July 2021; I could not upload it until all results, etc were released for confidentiality purposes. However, it is all up and well now 😊
This is an application for an interim payment on behalf of the claimant, in a personal injury claim.
Reflecting back on this now I can already see some bits I could improve on, however, I have improved significantly, even in my confidence, since my first video/advocacy class.
I did receive a "very competent" grade according to BSB transcript marking criteria, which equaled to a merit according to BPP university marking.
DISCLOSURE: Please simply use this as a guide to help you, don't follow everything I do because every university marks differently.
