literally why I came to the comments
this is the standart youtube "like-bait" they promise thing like this every vid and usally they dont do it, you are insentivised to press that like button quick without thinking bc you want to see the next video. they usally make videos in bulk so they film like 2-3 bounce ball vids in a row or a couple of vids at the dam to save time. if they fullfill a " at x likes we do y" thing they woulda released that vid anyway they not ever plan to make a video they promised like that. the only thing they care is views and merch sales, sadly

Explanation for why the ball on top bounces way higher than the drop height is simple: the smaller ball on top took on its own momentum plus the momentum from the larger ball. The ground took no momentum because it is always stationary. In other words, it can be explained by conservation of momentum or Newton's second law.

I'm going to say about every second on the timelapse is an hour in real time, so I say it took about 20-21 hours.

During that last drop of the big one, the tower was quivering while they hoisted it over the rail. Yikes.
To explain what science with gaunsen couldn’t: the bigger ball has more mass and therefore generated more kinetic energy when falling. Then when it bounced it transferred the energy of a bigger ball into a ball of less mass, making that ball go very high.
