- What do you do with moldy food? You throw it away! But not Stilton though. It’s one of those cheeses made with edible mold, like French Camembert or Italian Gorgonzola. Stilton is considered the king of English cheeses and can only be produced in one specific region. We went to Hartington Creamery to find out how it’s made.

British dude goes to England to find out about Stilton 😮😮😮😮😮
Great content, but please tune down the techno
This is a German channel.
There is no techno in this video...
So many channels overpower the actual content with obnoxious sound tracks, like this one.
Perfect 🥰 💞 👌
The village of Stilton is in Cambridgeshire, so you can't make it there. It's not one of the three designated counties. It was most likely sold there, which is how it got it's name .
They use the same blue mould as Roquefort
I agree, great video but very annoying music!
Its Hurts for me who frech but it is very good
Interesting content.......BUT NO NOISE or so called music....Please.
Regarding Music..
Less is always More..
The music is distracting.
I prefer kruidnagelkaas or we called it in our regional language, krûdnageltsiis
Nothing wrong with the music!
I prefer Stichelton
Shame it is a little more difficult to find, but yep the raw milk version is nicer.
I have never understood the desire to eat moldy cheese, it makes me want to puke.
Ripoff of gorgonzola
Italia did not invent blue cheese
ITYM Gorgonzola while okay is a poor imitation of Stilton
