Sylosis - 'Different Masks On The Same Face' Drum Cam - Scotland, 2016

Live footage of our latest release and the first official track with yours truly on the drums. Such fun to play and the ride groove in the middle section is an absolute delight to fall into!
This was also the first tour with my BRAND NEW DRUMKIT! Behold, the Yamaha Live Custom. Oak shells. 22x16 kick. 10/12/16/18 on the toms.
There are NO TRIGGERS! The SPDSX sample pad to my left runs the 'epic/atmospheric' swells that are quite prominent in this mix. There are no triggers or click tracks running through the sampler.
Audio is a single stereo track taken from my Peavey PV10 mixer into Logic, compressed slightly, EQ'd, then blended with GoPro audio.
