They weren’t happy with Killua leaving, because he was chosen to be the next head of the Zoldyck family.
I think it was sweet that Phinx didn't want to just kill the people who were turned into monsters at the end, he wanted them to go out fighting as people who lived and fought for meteor city. Also, the end with Phinx getting so excited thinking it was Chrollo calling them was so cute, you can tell how much he can't wait to hear from Chrollo again.

Basically Zazan's transformation is a vow, she sacrificed her tail and ability to create soldiers (aka what allowed her to be a queen) and I guess her beauty too for strength. Since it held importance to her she was able to gain immense strength and durability from that.
It's probably also manipulation like her ability to tranform and control people with a bit of enhancement.
These ants are also quite new to nen, Cheetu couldn't counter zetsu and didn't know what was happening. Same for Zazan who didn't understand Feitan could just conjure up a suit, Pike who didn't know Conjurer can just summon and dispel objects and it's not a special ability to make them disappear. The ants that fought Kalluto who didn't know you could enhance objects with aura, etc...
Its more of a Conjuring ability cuz of Bodily change.
But yeah spot on the vow observation.

I'd tend to think Zazan is a manipulator considering she could put a large number of people under her control
Illumi is one manipulator who is able to alter his appearance by changing the bone structure and we know it's not painless
Zazan's ability to create soldiers seems quite similar to that compared to other conjuration based transformation like Biscuit or Tsubone or Convert hands
It could also be a restriction to cause pain but in the case of Zazan I think manipulation could work
Especially because we don't really know if she could have some alligator gene pool somewhere in her DNA
Enhancement seems to be used when muscle or body mass is increased so I'd tend to say that too
It could be conjuration based I agree, I just personally find it more logical in this case

Anyway Togashi isn't keen on explaining everything so I'm not sure we'll ever be sure
FWIW, she was listed in an official databook as a manipulator, as well as in two mobile games.
Kalluto replaced Hisoka as number 4. That information was mentioned during their search for the Nen Exorcist after the dodgeball match.
Fetian is so strong so getting to see him shine as the one who killed the queen was super cool and glad we got that focus on all of the troupe again.
What's scary is the troupe didn't even look like they were using their full strength. The way it made Kalluto realize how out of their league he was....

@@emperortime4907 it was implied that feitan have other forms too. He just shows that he has a strong attack but that doesnt mean thats his strongest one. Also they keep on saying that he still isnt back on his 100% strength and still sluggish.

All the children in the Zoldyck familiy are brothers. And their names End with the first letters from the older sibling. Illu-Mi, Millu-Ki, Killua (........) Kalluto is the youngest. We learned in episode 22 that there are 5 zoldyck kids.
ANIME SPOILERS............................. Never knew Alluka was older than Kalluto. Always thought she was the youngest. Also never knew about the name thing, that's cool.
I don't think alluka is a boy since killua said that she was a girl to gotoh correct me if i'm wrong though
@@thelimitlessvoidall the siblings were born boys but there are crossdressing and identifying as a female. Alluka isn't considered family so they disrespect her by calling her it or he. Killua loving her always identified her correctly. This is most likely because when togashi was much younger and wrote YuYu hakusho there is the moment when yusuke grabs a female demon inappropriately to discover male genitals he then calls them a slur. He sort of wrote moments like that in HxH to tackle those topics more subtle and with more maturity than his past.

@@Gregor_Von_DOOM This is really up to debate and there's no way to conclusively state that you are right. The way her family addresses her is meant to de-humanize her, not to refute her gender.
What's happening with Feitan doesn't translate well. Normally he essentially speaks really broken Japanese but the subtitles don't convey that. When he started getting angry he started speaking a fictional language fluently which is what concerned the other troupe members.
That language might be the Hunter language that empowers nen. Faitan is supposed to be speaking broken English from the point of their worlds version of the Chinese. This is why his dialogue seems a bit off no matter where you hear him talk despite the fact that everyone else has perfect grammar.
The "fictional language" is actually just Japanese but backwards (at least that's what we hear)

The Phantom Troupe are very strong, but the ants they fought here weren’t even that strong. The Royal Guards and King are on an entirely different level.

He wasn't talking about the "castle", he was talking about Meteor city. Like the phantom troup , all those people were from there, and they didn't choose to die with honor, like they did. They didn't fight, that's why they were called thrash.
Guys I'm loving the reactions, I know that Nicole and Parker are moving soon but please finish this show with them at least, there are GREAT moments in coming episodes and even in the end, parker will be pleased with some moments... and nicole too!! Love you guys!

I think Zazan ripping off her tail was part of a covenant with her nen: After her face was scratched, she sacrifices her beauty completely for power, and ripping off her tail is symbolic of that. A nen contract. That's just how I see it.

Wow. I thought they enjoyed the Troupe and yet here they are calling for them to be massacred. 😜
The Phantom Troupe would have undoubtedly made the battle far easier for the Chairman's team heading to fight the royal guard. I doubt anyone would have actually gotten significantly hurt if they all coordinated with one another, which we know they can (when needed).

Another good adaptation, even if the beginning was a repeat, since it goes together with the previous episode. There were a few filler scenes and wonky walk animations, but eh.

23:36 Kalluto meant second after Chrollo. Machi told Hisoka back in Greed Island that Kalluto is his replacement and he was #4. Also, with the middle syllable being the same for all and the last syllable starting the name of the next sibling, you should be able to guess the name of the last one: Illumi → Milluki → Killua → ? → Kalluto.

Kalluto is a boy but dresses as a girl(wearing a traditional Japanese kimono specifically for girls) for a reason that cannot be mentioned yet, as that would be a spoiler. He joined the Troupe during the Greed Island arc, to replace Hisoka, after he helped them track the Exorcist.
Literally head cannon. People keep saying this and spreading it around as If it's true.
Also kimonos/yukata's are gender neutral and worn by both men and women.
As to why kalluto presents Feminine was never at any point Explained or Explored in the anime OR manga. You're just making things up.

Kalluto is wearing a kimono tailored for girls. But yes, the reason why is not explained yet and all the fans have is speculation. Mine is he just likes girl kimono because he finds their design prettier than boy kimono lol

I think the Phantom Troupe might be able to take out the King and the royal guards...but maybe they would get wasted. They would probably lose some members tho, cus the king and his crew shouldn't be underestimated. They're sooo much stronger than the ants in Meteor City

Surely Chrollo could do some damage with enough prep, when all go in together, but i doubt they would make it far.
The whole point about Meruem is, that he is plays in another league.

Even now isn't clear if Netero could defeat any of the royal guards in a full 1vs1 combat... There is no way PT could defeat Meruem and his guard by themselves, if you seriously think so them you don't understood what happened in this arc

Meruem outclasses every Spider by far, even Kuroro. I also don't believe that any of them could kill a Royal Guard in a 1 vs 1, well maybe Pouf but he isn't nearly as combat focused as Youpi or Pitou. I mean if we compare Zeno and Kuroro they are more or less on the same level, but when Zeno attacked the castle with Netero Meruem and the guards easily evaded his attack despite it taking them by complete surprise. It's not that the abilities of the Troupe are too weak, the abilities strong enough to kill the King and his guards are too slow or have the wrong conditions in order work:
- Phinks would have to wind his arm SO many times that there would be enough time for the ants to kill him, same goes for Bonolenovs war dance ability.
- Shizuku, Shalnark, Franklin, Kalluto, Kortopi and Machi are too weak/slow.
- Nobunaga and Uvogin have no chance against the King but maybe could stand their ground against the guard.
- Feitan's ability has the potential to kill the guards and even the king but he would have to be near death for it to have enough power. Also the king and maybe Pitou probably are fast enough to get out of range and evade the attack.
- Kuroro ist difficult because we don't know all of his stolen abilities but all the ones he showed are too weak for the king. He maybe could beat the roayl guard but not in an open fight.

BTW Feitan starts speaking Chinese before his attack, that's why there are subtitles in Japanese. He's originally Chinese.

@@christopherlee2832 Didn't know that, but weird. He's supposed to be speaking his first language, which is theoretically chinese. My understanding is that a Japanese person actually hears a Chinese accents in his speaking, and in the 1999 version of the anime he speaks poor Japanese in general to highlight it's not indeed his mother tongue
@@Dracogame That's interesting, I don't speak enough Japanese to know what a Chinese accent would sound like, I wish I could hear that. I only know enough Japanese to know that when there are subtitles, both the subtitles (at the bottom of the screen) and what Feitan is saying are in Japanese but reversed, so it would only read correctly if you go from the last syllable to the first. The words on the right side of the screen, at least the ones I could identify, are very rarely used or no longer used (some of them even look made up but I'm no expert on either language so I'm not sure) kanji/Chinese characters, which combined with the reversed text gives it such an eerie and esoteric feeling, very well done imo
It's obvious that he is supposed to look Chinese and he also has a Chinese name but I guess Togashi didn't just want to copy the real world (see the map of the world, where he rearranged the continents, as an example), so he made up an own language for him, mostly consisting of Chinese characters but also a few from other languages that make no sense together.
