    I was preparing for a really hot summer trip, do you think the rainy season will still be strong around that time? Should I bring a light rain jacket, just in case? Are temperatures low during this time, or will it still be hot, even though it rains?

My problem though is that almost all of East Asia is very uncomfortable in July. So I would have to choose another continent or another month.

And, Every Sunday in every Summer-there's Street of AKIHABARA will clear the streets just enjoy around the middle of the street (no cars,no truck 🚚 traffic) from 9am to 6pm. Hello- Great Video. I was going through the comment list and I must say that its great that you have replied to each one of the comments. My cousins and I are planning a trip for 14 days form 5th June to 19th June, first 4 days we will be in Kyoto and we will use the JR pass to visit places keeping Kyoto as a base and then 10 days in Tokyo. In terms of rains, will it be very heavy that we will not be able to get out at all ? or light rain ? do you recommend that instead of doing kyoto we go up north and explore that place? Thank you

    • @JapanwithNao
      @JapanwithNao  Před rokem +3

      Thank you for asking! In terms of rain, it's mostly not heavy rain so you can go out with an umbrella or any other rain gear!
      It depends on what you want in Japan but in my opinion, 10 days in Tokyo is too long? Of course, Tokyo is Japan's capital city but it does not have many great tourist spots.
      I like your idea of going North. If you have the JR pass, Hiroshima prefecture is also a good place to go. It's the west side of Japan but you can go there from Kyoto station by Shinkansen (bullet train).
      Anyway, wherever you go, it must be a nice trip. Safe trip and have fun in Japan😉

      Fukuoka is a good city but I would say not many places for sightseeing😲
      However, local foods there are really popular so most Japanese people go to Fukuoka for foods such as Pork Ramen, Motsunabe, and so on. Food stalls in the Nakasu area are also famous.
      If you need any sightseeing spots, I would say Dazaifu is the most popular there. You can check from here www.dazaifutenmangu.or.jp/en/

      I think the beginning of June is better since the rainy season may not start yet. It depends on the year but, the end of June is a highly rainy season.

      I'm not sure whether your children like it or not but there are many Gacha stores in Tokyo.
      I liked it when I was young. Your children may also enjoy it!
      In terms of safety, it's fine, I guess, but during rush hours (7:00-9:30 and 18:00-20:00) There are so many people on the Train and around the station, so be careful with your boys.

    Hey, I have an unrelated question to the video but about Japan.
    Can you say by how much percent wise is the fall season more expensive than the summer for example?

    • @JapanwithNao
      @JapanwithNao  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi, thank you for your comment. All prices are fluctuated by many factors so it's hard to tell.
      If I give you an example, Tokyo-Hokkaido by plane
      On Friday during the busy season: 180$
      On Friday during the off-season: 150$
      So it's a 30$ difference. But again many factors affect the prices so it's just an example.

      @@JapanwithNao how about restaurant, hotels?
      Any idea?

    • @JapanwithNao
      @JapanwithNao  Před 2 lety +3

      @@EvgniyT Prices of Food in Japanese restaurants aren't changed. In terms of the hotels, the price is changeable. Sometimes 10% off, Sometimes 20% off, all depends on their reservation rate. So I would say you can expect 10-20% off during the off season.
