After multiple months of debating if I wanna try this myself or not I finally bought some 10” Meathooks and I don’t know why I was so worried, it was the easiest upgrade ever. The fairing makes it seem intimidating but it’s super easy! And thank you for the step by step video it made the whole process super simple!

I ordered 16in plug and play bars from dominator on May 25th, on June 5th I emailed for an update, they told me the bars would ship that Friday or the next Tuesday. They did not ship and Dominator will not respond to any of my emails. Turns out, this very issue is a constant complaint on BBB with this company...

Only for newer bikes, us guys that have and love our older classic bikes must look elsewhere. There are other shops that do this too, if not better...

I just ordered the bars for my brother this video is gonna make the installation much easier for me.
I purchase the bars for my brother, and unfortunately they sent the wrong items and I must say dominator industries company has the worst service that I ever had with after several emails I’m still being ghosted. I just wanted to share my experience with that company for future customers to be aware of.

@@dansproshop yeah, they don’t have any phone numbers the only way of contacting is by via email . Their only response is “I e check with tech and they’ll get you dialed in “

Where did you purchase the 1 .5 riser clamp from im doing 12 inch 1.5 meathooks pre wired on 11 streetglide
The clamp location is still the factory OD so the original clamp will work. If you want the better clamp you can use the link in the description of the video

So I was wondering were those the 100% plug and play bars because on their website for the 100% plug and play bars it says, “Factory Harley Davidson twist grip sensor fully installed and PreWired!” So I was just wondering which ones those were like if they were just prewired or the 100% ones.
Hey Dan, I am currently putting 12 inch miter apes on my 2008 street glide. However, I am having a very hard time pulled the slack out of the wires to get the throttle and hand controls in. Did you run into this or do you have any tips or advice?

I'm kinda wondering how your bars in this video had plug ins for the throttle? I had to run my wires all the way through.
I like their products but I'm confused by the pre-wire bars and the all in one add on kit. Do I need both ?
Just get the pre wired and you should be set!

We were just checking everything to make sure it works and unfortunately our heated grips don’t work and we have front blinkers but no back? Any suggestions?
Oh man. There are a lot of potentials there. Did you have any specific trouble?
Just a little update we did loosen up all of our mounting and everything started to work (most likely a kinked or squished wire). The only thing we had a problem with was our heated grips weren’t working but found an extra accessory power cable snugged up in the frame and now they work!
