- This video shows how OEM aluminum C3 Corvette wheels look Plasti-Dipped (before and after). I almost purchased new wheels but decided to try coating the OEM wheels first with flat black Plasti-dip and I'm very impressed - $18 total investment!

I always liked those mags. They look "proper" on C3s, IMO.
That is the right look for the car. The right price too!
I’ve seen your latest video of the finished car (they’re never finished), and as noted, the only thing left to do is to get that sucker lowered some more!

Works great for blacking out badges too. Love how it just peels off at seams. You got that 'vette all finished now or is it still a bit of a work-in-progress?

....OK, you have done AMAZING WORK! Changed out engine, powertrain, transmission, wiring, fuel tank and lines, went from carburator to fuel injection, completely changed the dash and added a touch screen, i'm certain i've left some things out, even touched up the rims, so why did you leave that crappy interior? 😂😂 i don't get it....did i iss a video?
the challenge with any restomod is to craft an interior the melds well with the new technology. What makes updating the C3 even harder are all the curves to match the interior mods with! Thanks for the comment!

So far so good - might need to replace it at some point but was great all summer - no chips or anything
Can you get white letter tires in lower profile? All I’ve seen is sticky lettering to apply.

Did you hit those with matte black paint prior to plastidip?
Just plastidip / wiped them down with IPA first. Really happy how they turned out

Black wheels never look good unless they are in front of chrome brakes and mounting chrome tires. 😃
