Using Rocks to Workout & Exercise

  • Today we will be working out with rocks and stones. I will show you how to work out with rocks and the different exercises you can do with them. This is good to do if you don't have any weights. You can use the rocks and stones as a substitute for the weights. No equipment needed. Just go out in your yard, the park, or nature and grab some rocks for this workout!
    You also do not have to spend any money on expensive weights. The Rocks are Free!
    Have a great workout and enjoy. I trained with the Rock! Not Dwayne Johnson however lol!

    I've been lifting rocks since back in the early 1970s when I was 14. GOOD weight sets were expensive and way out of my budget at 14. So I Gathered up some rocks, stones and boulders`and started lifting. IT worked great. Better than weights. Not only did I build up y upper body strength but since the rocks are heavy and sometimes awkward to hold. This helped me to develop strong hands and a strong grip and strong forearms. MY friends use to tell me that I had the "hands of a bear:.

    This is good.
    Barbells and machines lock you into predictable patterns of movement.
    Different is where it's at for me.

    Man I didn't think to make body you don't need a gym memberships you just need to go out in nature and grab some heavy rocks and do do some clean workout and have diet plan that's all, shit I didn't think this would be that easy.

    Thanks for the ideas. Made it to the hotel, told there was a gym, gym ended up being closed. Hit the beach, found some rocks and worked it into my routine. Great video sir.

    A couple months ago I was looking at a 50 pounds kettle bell and they were really expensive. Then I realised I have a lot of rocks at home and all the rocks are free. Since then, I gathered 26 nice rocks ranging from 30 pounds to 120 pounds. Each day I make sure to, at least, move all the rocks. Pick the rock, carry it to the other side of my driveway wich is about 20 meters long and do it 26 times. At the end of my workout I have 2 big rocks that are not in the original stack and they are probably more than 160 pounds each and I either lift them a couple times or carry them too. Now a couple months later I am strong as f***. I never had such results with dumbells. I am 6f1 and 220 pounds and wear pants size 34.

    6:17 Thanks for this exercise! I have minor pectus excavatum so I have to work twice as hard to develop those muscles.

    You mate actually has a really good body, not too much muscular and bulky but neither too thin and definitely not fat, it looks a lot natural than other gym men

    Im Going to start this tomorrow. I'm way far out from a gym and I'm saving for a car. I live on 70 acres so I'm sure I can find some healthy rocks.
