    Very good! I still have the phone without a SIM card in it.

    This is the best S7 video on filmic pro I have seen. Been wondering if I should buy filmic pro for a S7 I no longer use as a phone, but would make a good camera to have with my smooth 4 gimbal. I think this has made me decide to go ahead and buy filmic pro. Thanks

    I love your composition. I have a Galaxy S7 edge, and I'm using Filmic Pro too. If it wasn't for the slight moiré pattern issue, or the jello effect, I wouldn't consider buying an iPhone 8 plus or X. I'm just on the fence with the cost of those iPhones. However, combine them with Filmic Pro and Moondog Labs 1.33x Anamorphic Adapter Lens, the production value jumps up there with most high cost cameras, plus you can make calls!

      it's the truth!
      however, expensive cameras are better than smartphones.
      A good iphone and a good color are a good compromise, light and always in your pocket.

    Do you use Luts or just manual color grading?
    Look so nice.

    Amazing video! I like the colors...did u use log or flat profile in filmic pro?

    • @85Jardy85
      @85Jardy85  Před 6 lety +1

      Thank you! I have not used log or flat profile. I've only used Adobe Premiere pro.
      Now I will buy Filmic Pro with the flat profile!

    I know that this video is nearly a year old now, but I am trying to find out, does Filmic Pro work well with the Galaxy s7? Are there any features lost going from the stock app in Pro mode to Filmic Pro? I'm also curious about if Filmic Pro allows you to film in 24 (or 25) frames per second on the s7.
    Thanks!

      Hey! In my experience it works okayish depending HEAVILY on the amount of light you have available. For some reason i found that the "Flat" version colours pop more when graded than "Log". Idk what it is but i cant seem to get decent colours out of "Log" on the galaxy s7 no matter what. Flat on the otherhand looks amazing with a teal and orange grading but once again depends on perfect exposure for even half decent results. Hope that helps. I just recorded an entire video using Filmic pro "log" and S7. Check it out to get an idea.

    did you use a gimbal or the image stabilizer in filmic?

    • @85Jardy85
      @85Jardy85  Před 3 lety

      the image is stabilized with the samsung s7 software.
      in some shots I used the tripod

      @@85Jardy85 Galaxy S7 has no stabilizer at 4k, this is grayed out at 4k 🤔⁉️

      @@RaymanR36 yes it has, but not software. It is hardware stabilization
