I used to work construction and had to stop reporting harassment because people started to talk, so I quit. I stopped confronting people when they "accidentally" bumped into me, because it would ruin my day. I started ignoring all the stares and people taking pictures of me because it's easier for me to live if I just forget about it and don't make a big deal. It's sad that I have to do all that, but it makes living easier.
