Gliricidia Sepium - Part 1 - Farmers Tell Their Stories (English)

The project titled "Gliricidia impacts on soil fertility, crop yields and nutrition in Zambia" is being implemented by four partners 1. Norwegian Institute of Bio economy research (NIBIO), 2.International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), 3.International Centre for Research in Agroforestry (ICRAF) and 4.Community Markets for Conservation (COMACO).
In collaboration with farmers and other relevant stakeholders in eastern Zambia in the study sites are located in Mkanda (Chipangali district formerly Chipata), Zumwanda (Lundazi district), Mwasemphangwe (Lumezi district), Chikomeni (Lumezi district), and Magodi (Chasefu district); the 3 Chiefdoms (Mwasemphangwe, Chikomeni, and Magodi) were formally in Lundazi district.
