The Braid is the smallest Lowry Guitars model, roughly equivalent to a 00 in size. It is named after the river which runs through luthier Andrew Lowry’s home village in Northern Ireland.
With its smaller body, short scale length and 13 frets to the body, this is a comfortable guitar to play seated for long periods. Furthermore, the 13th fret neck join positions the bridge further back in the lower bout, facilitating a greater bass response.
