X-maxx BAD Receiver. X-Maxx Going Crazy

A major issue im having with the Traxxas Xmaxx. Called Traxxas and they are sending a New Receiver for the truck

Same as mine , but mine is far more severe and it does it with throttle as well.

Is the issue solved with the receiver replacement? I had this it once then again not. I‘m wondering if I should change replace the receiver.
