This was a great video, very eye opening about this topic.
The one about cars not slowing down is rubbish.
Cars stop at zebra crossings and light controlled crossings.

People forget most women take hrt when they get to 35 40 , that's hormone replacement therapy, men start losing testosterone at about 25 and it keeps going down, in the UK theirs plenty of testosterone replacement surgeries but they are ridiculously expensive for what is a very cheap hormone
I'm natty but people who say there on roids in the u.k aren't saying there on them coz of laws its coz people don't hide it or lie like in the u.s coz it's obvious.
The guy with the nipples removed is a perfect example of why it should be legalised and properly regulated sources and, I would definitely think he had no idea what or how much he was taking, if he could have got it from a proper source with proper amount he would have been OK, you can take 4 x times as much for only an extra 5% of gain
It's not worth taking steroids guys. I took them for 3yrs in my 20s. You have to come off them after 6 to 8 weeks and you pretty much lose all your gains anyway. Then you have to break for 6 to 8 weeks before you start another cycle. Add that to all the risks it's just not worth it. While I personally never had any side effects, I know so so many people that died wayyy too young from taking steroids. Some didn't even take that much. People in their 20s and 30s dying from heart, liver, and kidney failure. Because everyone's body is different you just never know if they will be safe for you or not. I consider myself one of the lucky ones. Sadly a lot of the guys you see in this video will die young way before their time. And what for? To look "impressive" for a while. Or be left with life long effects like low testosterone as using roids kills your body's own ability to make and produce its own. Mental health effects. Erectile dysfunction. Going bald. So many side effects it's just not worth it guys.

Yep I'm on em 😂 90 percent of the guys here in the UK who go gym use they won't tell u but they do 😂 ...Good video guys
And most of them aren't even in good shape 😂
