Glad to see you're back Riley! I had to ditch 10+ old friendships this year and went silent and alone. It was nice and peaceful cause I no longer felt thar pressure of keeping relationships alive, but then it was affecting my mental health cause I would only leave my house to shop for groceries and such and I had no social life anymore, I was isolated and that's no good at all. Now I decided to start connecting with new people that align with my new version and my values and it made me realize how important is to suround yourself with valuable people. I appreciate my old friends, they served as company in a previous chapter of my life, but we grew apart and it was time to move on and build a new community with people that are compatible with the new me :)
Friends that match with the same intentions and interests 🎉🎉🎉, that's so true much better to have fewer people in your life than having many that are going to stress you out
