    All these myths have a common ground, people ran into health problems and therefore changed their diet. Now the new lifestyle gets all the credit, when actually it is giving up the old one…

    I've been 90% fatty red meat, grass fed and finished regeneratively raised eater with 10% of that coming from very, very low carb fermented foods like raw milk kefir in small amounts and foods like raw, fermented sauerkraut. I've been eating this way for 23 years!!! I'm 33 years old and health is literally perfect. My chronological age is on par with people who are more optimal than bryan johnson. I have literally 0 issues in day to day life and I feel like im 14 years old. Sorry but there is a HUGE issue with mainstream knowledge, and people are starting to catch on

    well, when I eat carnivore I stay lean and have lots of energy and when I eat carbs I get fat and sleepy, so debunk that...
