We used to live in Cary in 1998-2002. I worked at SAS. We decided to move back to Ohio for family reasons and I've been missing it to this day.
Oh wow! SAS is a great company and they definitely were a major player in the developments in Cary! Maybe one day you can come back down. :)
my love for Cary, North Carolina started when I was working there. I am from Fayetteville and had to drive to Cary for work and I always thought Cary was some rinky-dink nothing going on small town but once I drove around and saw the area, I slowly begin to fall in love with everything Cary

Cary is definitely a great place to live and being so central to the entire triangle is a big benefit, but you can save a ton of money by moving just a bit further to some smaller towns near Cary, like Apex and Holly Springs. I think that will be even more prominent when 540 is completed and it cuts down commutes from some of these more distant areas.
Thank you for sharing! To save the most money , but stay in that general vicinity, Fuquay is a great option for the most cost savings! We love Apex and Holly Springs as well!

Nc very good place to live specially Cary, apex. I like more Fuquay varina as it’s suburbs and find very nice people here.
For investment returns Fuquay is a place to go.
