I watched your video a few years back on the defender, then went out and bought one as my first car. 3 weeks later, the INDESTRUCTIBLE 300TDI (or so everyone else called it) decided to shoot it’s conrod through the oil sump and detonate the motor. While the 90 is laid up waiting for a new engine, I bought one of these… 2.7 V6 Manual… got to say, it’s been so useful and comfortable, but sweet Jesus the warning lights… every time you get in the sodding thing it decides there’s a fault with it… despite that it drives perfectly and turning the thing off and back on again clears everything. I guess now I’m just waiting for the crank to go on this, as I’m told they’re made of chocolate 😂😂 I know, 18 years old with a disco 3 and a defender… bloody brilliant idea that 🤣🤣🤣

When I first bought my disco 2, it gave me loads of issues. I actually thought about just selling it on and buying a disco 3 instead. I’m kind of pleased I never bothered now 😂. Great vid Tommy

I was thinking maybe you shoud part them out to get more money back but just no, I can't imagine how bad they are to work on! A mechanic I know once told me that you have to take the body off the chassis just to do a timing belt on a certain land rover, can't remember which one, fuck that! Aye chuck them in the auction! Mint videos as always, keep them coming!!

It's relentless; Thousands of Euros invested every month. He bought a Range Rover and found that ingesting its own soundproofing causing limp mode. All Above and Beyond. Yes, the body needs removing to top up the power steering fluid.
A buddy of mine had to have his hand brake fixed on his Disco and he was charged just over £1,000 😳 how complicated can a hand brake be 🤔 Land Rover 😳😳😳frightening vehicles must drive them with a constant thought of dread
